I selected portions of a very lengthy piece that provided ideas for dealing with the spread of HIV. I also explicitly acknowledged the fact that HIV is prevalent in the gay community. I specifically asked you if you supported the programs, including increased government research and you have no response. I suggested that perhaps stigmatizing and disparaging gays plays a role in their inability or unwillingness to seek treatment or undergo testing-in that hope that it might spark some humanity in you-but you have nothing to say about that.That is disgusting and pathetic.

You have proven beyond any doubt, if there ever was a doubt, that your only purpose here is to portray gays as carriers of a disease that they spread through reckless sexual behavior and that you have no interest in a meaningful or constructive discussion of the topic. You should be thoroughly ashamed of yourself but I'm sure your not because you have no heart and you have no soul.

 

And edited out the portions that highlight the problems I pointed to. Ive repeatedly provided you the answer, you just dont like my answer because it would involve recognizing the risk of HIV among MSM and stopping demonizing anyone who points to those elevated risks.

The OP neglects the fact that any hetrosexuals who have regular anal sex are just as likely to spread HIV. That is what causes the higher numbers. Anal sex causes tears in the anus that allows semen to reach the blood stream. It's not something that is exclusive to gays. Gays are only effected by it because anal sex is the most common form of sex among them.

Yeah........You do realize that marriage is not the same as monogamy right? Married people cheat on their partners far more than unmarried people.

 

Most laws against sodomy were written specifically to effect gays. In fact, many conservative states have repealed such bans when it become clear that anal sex with a female and even oral sex is also sodomy. They only wanted gays to be banned from doing it, not themselves.

 

Laws against sodomy are unconstitutional. Lawrence v texas, 2003.

 

Actually the men who have sex with men are 19 times as likely to spread HIV as heterosexuals.
