    'The serial numbers on some of the gold found by the FBI during a June 2022 raid on Menendez’s Englewood Cliffs, NJ, home match identifiers that Fred Daibes reported to police after a 2013 armed robbery, according to NBC News.

    Robbers made off with $500,000 in cash and 22 gold bars from Daibes’ Edgewater, NJ, home during the 2013 heist, the outlet reports.

    Police later nabbed four suspects and recovered the stolen gold.

    The matching serial numbers indicate that authorities have directly linked at least some of the gold found in Menendez’s home to Daibes, a New Jersey real estate developer and Menendez fundraiser.'

    Menendez isn't running for president? He is not high enough on the pecking order to be above the law? He hasn't been indicted on anything by the way, Just like joe.

    The Indictment alleges that MENENDEZ and his wife, NADINE MENENDEZ, accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars of bribes from HANA, URIBE, and DAIBES in exchange for MENENDEZ's agreement to use his official position to protect and enrich them and to benefit the Government of Egypt.Sep 22, 2023

    Menendez didn't support Biden's foreign payouts. Simple politics. Menedez must go because he isn't "loyal"....

    There were calls from Democrats for the Senate Ethic's Committee to open a Menendez investigation.
    I can't find anything confirming that the senate has?

    I don't get why it took the Houses' Ethic Committee's report to finally get Santo's booted when the house already had his indictment.
    The Ethic's Committees are well known for being a basically useless bipartisan equal members voting committee.

    Yup. Bob wasn't enough of a "friend" for the Biden crime family to continue to protect him.... It's almost laughable if it weren't so seriously F'ed up...

    WASHINGTON — Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., took his trolling of indicted Senate colleague Bob Menendez to a new level Monday by enlisting recently ousted Rep. George Santos to record a sarcastic video targeting Menendez, D-N.J.

    “Hey Bobby! Look, I don’t think I need to tell you, but these people that want to make you get in trouble and want to kick you out and make you run away, you make them put up or shut up,” Santos said on Cameo, an app that allows people to pay celebrities to record personalized videos. “You stand your ground, sir, and don’t get bogged down by all the haters out there.”

    "Stay strong. Merry Christmas," the video concludes with Santos smiling.

    Menendez has repeatedly rebelled against the DP leadership.
    Result 2 indictments 1 acquittal NO convictions.

    Congress, who voted 2x not to boot Santos had the indictment info.which we all should know by now does not include everything they have in detail against the defendant.
    The Ethic Report was detailed, Botox-Hermes-etc.
    So it took the Botox to boot him when he should have been booted earlier. lol

    You should know by now that one need not be "convicted" to get expelled from the house or senate and one can be "convicted and still remain there.
    It's called the 2/3 VOTE.

    Exactly .... You should also know by now that one need not be "indicted" to get expelled from the house, either....
    but you are now walking back your "when the house already had his indictment."... they could have expelled him with or without indictment or conviction.

    I'm talking a specific case and the process it took,
    And I told you it took the Ethic Report for them to finally boot him when they could have done it with the indictment.
    You make it sound like it's common practice to expel members without even an indictment or an ethic report.
