Again the lawyer did not got to jail for anything to do with the NDA. He went to Jail for tax fraud and taxi medallion skulduggery. wholly unconnected to Trump. AGAIN the charges against Cohn I believe his name was had nothing to do with NDA he negotiated for Trump with Stormy.
