Why do they let birthers keep going with Obama's Birth Certificate?

Like I told @Margo2 earlier, I don't question Obama's citizenship status. His mother is an American, therefore so is he. I question why he has put out 2 fraudulent birth certificates. This is not a question of bigotry. If George W. Bush had done this I would also question why.

the constitution was followed. Obama is a natural born citizen and was elected twice, unanimously confirmed by the congress twice, and sworn in by the Chief Justice twice.

 

The birth certificate that was posted on White House dot gov is not a scan of the actual document from 1961. It is a computer generated copy of a document created in 2011. Here is my proof that it is not the original copy:

“I have reviewed your request for two certified copies of your original Certificate of Live Birth. As the Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, I have the legal authority to approve the process by which copies of such records are made. Through that authority, in recognition of your status as President of the United States, I am making an exception to current departmental policy which is to issue a computer-generated certified copy.

“We hope that issuing you these copies of your original Certificate of Live Birth will end the numerous inquires received by the Hawaii Department of Health to produce this document,”



For him, she is making an exception to the current departmental policy? She says in the previous sentence that, "As the Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, I have the legal authority to approve the process by which copies of such records are made." Why did she make an exception in his case and issue a computer-generated certified copy, instead of an actual copy of the original Certificate of Live Birth? Isn't this an admission that the computer-generated copy created in 2011 is now his "original copy"?

 

But he didn't put out a fraudulent BC. I've already proven that.

I don't know what part of "computer-generated" certified copy you don't understand, but what they are saying is, we don't have an actual copy so we made one up on the computer. Certified authentic computer-generated in the year 2011, not a copy of an original made in 1961. Do you not understand that is what you are seeing?

 

I have a copy of my original birth certificate, the one made in 1962. If I went to the county of my birth, I could get another copy of the original birth certificate, the one made in 1962. I know because my wife recently did the same. She was born in the same county as me, same year. The one posted online is not an original. It is a computer-generated certified copy. That is very different from an actual copy of the original document. I don't know why you don't understand what I am saying. If you are truly confused, or just playing dumb on purpose.

It's really silly for you to just chalk it up to racism without using some critical thinking skills, and finding the truth for yourself. For instance, if you have read my posts, I have made one challenge to all: Show me on document expert that is willing to stake his reputation and verify the authenticity of the birth certificate posted by the White House. Nobody can do it. Why? Care to try?

 

That is not an original birth certificate. It's the short form. The form even states in the bottom left corner "(Rev 11/01) LASER". He wasn"t born after Nov. 2001 was he?

 

The problem is we don't know. This controversy could be cleared up in 15 minutes by Obama releasing his certified hard copy of his original b.c.

In Hawaii when you request a BC, the short form is what you get.

Obama asked for and received a special consideration to get a photocopy of his original long form. Which you have seen, and has been authenticated, as I've shown.

Well that it an assumption that you have made which is not based in fact.

If you know anything about basic English, she has not attested to "the authenticity" of the original records filed, she simply states that she has seen the original records filed. Furthermore, the is attesting to the "authenticity of the certified copies the department provided to the President" which are what? They are the "computer-generated certified copies" that she earlier states that she issued (in an exception to the current departmental policy).

Nevertheless, my point still stands, that there is not one document expert on this planet to my knowledge that has attempted to say that the birth certificate is authentic or genuine.

The letter is written is such a tortured way as to be suspicious to me. I am skeptical by nature, and when I see them parsing the language in such a tortured way, I have to ask, why does the letter not simply state, "here are certified copies of the actual birth certificate issued by the State of Hawaii in 1961"?

It would remove all doubt if they would have made a much simpler sentence like that. Why didn't they? Because that is not what they gave him.
