The welcome mat is Biden reversing all Trump border policies, refusing to go to the border, refusing to send anyone to the border, advertising his policy changes to the world, then accusing border agents of whipping illegals and pulling these agents off the border.

 

1.7 million seems like a reasonable number of people who've flooded the Border since Biden became President. Remember these people are not running from the Border Patrol, they are running to it to get processed (mostly as asylum applicants), shipped all over the country, and released. That seems to be de facto open borders to me. Weird that they are bragging about how many people they've let into the country but I guess they like giving a big FU to normal people who oppose this massive lawbreaking.
