Wild garlic - or wood garlic - or bear leek https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allium_ursinum In German this plant is known as Bär-Lauch = bear leek
No - it is not. You mistake it for the "Lilly of the Valley" - in German: "Mai-Glöckchen". A common error.
One person voted. Is it really soooooooooooooooooooooooooo terrible hard a work to just click onto an option? It only takes a second.
In the US, it is Allium tricoccum a/k/a Ramps or Wild Garlic. I grow some. I eat a little every year but a little goes a long way it is so strong. There is actually a problem with it being overharvested in the wild because the actual plant went from poor people food to high dollar foodie seasonal cuisine that can fetch a pretty penny. It has a super short growing season here in the US and takes 7 years to mature which doesn't help it much.
LOL was literally thinking the same thing earlier this week. Another month of so where I live and they should be sprouting out.
