You have no respect for nature. Read my first post on this. I do believe this is settled science here. You can pretend all you want but this kid is a boy. And nowhere in the link does it mention any types of hormones being taken.

Being on testosterone blockers =/= a girl. You're showing ignorance of biology and the physiological and neurological differences between a girl and a boy. Unless you can provide proof that a qualified shrink diagnosed him as transgender then I'm going to go by his genitals and say he's a he - and even then I'll be skeptical of the diagnosis. You seem to naively believe that every 8 year old who is diagnosed as "transgender" is automatically such, even though shrinks get diagnoses wrong all the time, not to mention there's no proof I've seen that they even took him to a shrink at all. They could just be a couple of freaks who coached him into it and gave him hormones against his will, like a little human experiment in one of Joseph Mengele's labs for all anyone knows. - - - Updated - - - Sex and gender is defined by immutable attributes and neurological structure, not by what you "do". What the heck are you talking about? Have you ever had a chance to see a person of the opposite gender. I think you would have to agree the difference is quite stark and obvious. No amount of pretending and wishing can change that. You also never defended your post about the kid being on hormones which the article does not mention. Does an 8-year old boy who is years away from knowing what it feels like to be a real man and lightyears away from really knowing any women (real men never get there) anything about the difference between men and women or does he assume: girls: barbie dolls and peeing in sitting, boys: football training 24/7 and binge drinking during college. Then miraculously both have marriage followed by divorce and in between sometimes babies fall out from somewhere. That is infantile thinking which from my personal experience lightly improves during late puberty followed by adulthood where it becomes worse. What I want to say: When I was an 8 year old boy I wanted to be astronaut, firefighter or superman or best of all: all three together. It was my luck that my parents couldn't afford the necessary operations. Today I am a medical doctor. For me gender changement in an age during which those being "transformed" know nothing about anything besides being wide open for any suggestive manipulation is a violation of medical ethics and a crime against humanity. People in this age cannot give valid consent in any medical treatmnent simply because they cannot process all necessary information.
