THE STRANGE “WHYDUNNIT” MURDER OF BILL GWATNEY

A number of mysterious homicides and other deaths are unexplained in the wake of American politics, strangely linked directly or indirectly to the Clintons and/or Barack Obama. Nothing is provable or determined to be sinister on the part of any politicians. Yet, questions linger.

The following “whydunnit” murder got little follow-up attention in the media, though it leaves a myriad of unanswered mysteries about the possibility of links to political figures.

On August 13, 2008, less than two weeks before the Democratic Convention, the chairman of the Democratic Party for Arkansas, super delegate and former state senator, Bill Gwatney, was murdered in his office. The killer, identified as Timothy Dale Johnson, 50,entered Democratic Party headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas in the morning hours and shot Gwatney three times.

Entering the office, the gunman told a worker that he wanted to speak with Gwatney about volunteering. He then sidestepped the assistant when she said Gwatney was too busy. After the shooting, the gunman fled the scene in his truck and led police on a 30-mile chase out of Little Rock. In an exchange of gunfire, Johnson was fatally shot by police after being forced off the road.

Absolutely no motive was determined for the killing of Bill Gwatney. Research thus far, cannot find any connection between the killer and the victim.

With no past criminal record, Timothy Johnson was a two-year employee of Targets with a good work record. But on this morning, he acted unusually strange, argued with fellow employees and stormed out. The store manager found profane graffiti on the bathroom walls by Johnson, but it was erased by store managers before police had a chance to see it. Johnson quit his job at Targets that morning.

At least ten other workers were at the democratic headquarters office that day, so it is clear that Johnson went there to kill Gwatney and no one else. But why?

Here are some facts we know about:

1. Johnson lived alone in his own house, tended a garden and walked his dog every day.

2. A Post-it note was found in his house with the name “Gwatney” handwritten on it.

3. He traveled thirty miles from the Target store to the Democratic Headquarters to kill Gwatney.

4. Johnson was prescribed antidepressant medicine called Effexor XR

5. Johnson owned several guns and was a member of a rifle club

6. Johnson had voted in Republican primaries and in Democratic primaries in the past twelve years.

7. The victim, Bill Gwatney, was a very close friend to Bill Clinton.

So why would a man with no history of violence or criminal behavior and no connection to the victim, suddenly quit his job and travel thirty miles and by-pass numerous others to specifically murder Bill Gwatney? I don’t have the answer. And, police investigators at this stage are not at liberty to release all the investigatory information. Cases can remain “open pending” it it’s suspected that other people may have been involved in the killing.

This case lost steam in the media at an early age. Like…We caught the guilty guy, he’s dead. Case closed. No one seems to care about the “why” factor.

There are some who claim they know more than we. One of those is Hollywood movie producer, Betinna Viviano, who told World Net Daily’s, Jerome Corsi, that she was present at a conference call in 2008 when she heard Bill Clinton state that Barack Obama was not eligible to be president and that he was a non-citizen. The fight for the nomination was in high gear. Prior to the democratic convention, many of Hillary Clinton’s delegates were claiming that Obama’s camp was “stealing the nomination.” Allegedly, Bill Clinton was about to go public with the birther bombshell which would halt the Obama train in its tracks.

Viviano, who is neither republican or democrat and never votes, was preparing a documentary about voter fraud when the “floodgates opened” from Clinton campaign insiders talking to her about Obama’s ineligibility status. One of those insiders informed Viviano that the Gwatney killing was intended as a message to Bill Clinton that he could be next. Allegedly, Clinton was not fazed until another threat was received which named Chelsea, the Clinton daughter. From that time on, the Clintons were a loyal partner to Barack Obama.

Viviano is a literary agent and Hollywood producer with nine films to her credit including the 2011 release, Jack And Jill. Her bio is impressive.

Hollywood producer heard Bill Clinton say Obama ineligible

Corsi also interviewed Michele Thomas, activist for Hillary Clinton, who reveals that Bill Gwatney, as head of the Arkansas delegation, was set to break ranks from other democrats and call his delegation to support Hillary for president. One thing we know for sure. Someone wanted Bill Gwatney dead. And we don’t know the reason. All we can do is follow the trail, check the facts, examine the timing, evaluate the killer and the victim, and then try to connect whatever dots we can. If it was merely a case of some nutball flying off the handle, then why the concerted effort to target this one man for death?

We may never have the answers. But neither should we forget about it.

I find it interesting that the cops never asked the questions that need to be answered.

Johnson doesn't fit the profile for a crazed random shooter.

And the shooting wasn't random. Johnson travelled a long way from where he was at, passed several people in the office, and shot one guy dead.

Johnson shot the intended target and no one else.

Then he committed suicide by cop.

Five years after the Gwatney murder, there doesn't appear to be much follow up by the police. They still don't know why Johnson decided one day to drive 30 miles and shoot Gwatney.

Here's the thing.

I'm barely making any money at my so-called "job."

I have lots of time.

I have never done anything illegal or immoral so I can't be blackmailed.

The only thing I have to lose is my own life and the lives of my family.

And I'm willing to put my own life on the line to find out why Johnson shot Gwatney.

If they threaten my family, I will probably back off.

If they threaten me, I won't back off.

But first they have to figure out who I am.

And I am asking PF not to reveal to anyone my IP address to anyone, because it could cost me my life.

When I call cops and political insiders to ask them questions, I will pose as a journalist from a mainstream newspaper.

I will act non-chalant and see if I can put people at their ease, and get them to talk to me.

I will openly scorn "conspiracy theorists" to the people I talk to, and say I'm just asking routine follow-up questions.

I was a student journalist for two years, so I know how to do this.

If I stop posting here, you will know that they got to me. I do not plan to leave this forum, so if I leave, its because I was forced to leave not because I wanted to.

In which case, I might be dead.

I will instruct someone to come here and let you know what happened to me.

If I do find the truth, I will put all my findings together and publish a book.

I might make some money out of this, who knows?

Or I could end up dead.

Anyway, wish me luck.

LITTLE ROCK A gunman shot state Democratic Party Chairman Bill Gwatney at the party's headquarters in Little Rock on Wednesday before fleeing the scene in a pickup, leading police on a chase that ended with a shootout that left the man dead. Gwatney was transported to an area hospital, where he died, police said.

During a news conference at the Little Rock Police Department, Lt. Terry Hastings said that Gwatney, 48, died at 3:59 p.m. at UAMS Medical Center.

The Little Rock police said about 2:30 p.m. that the suspect, identified later as Timothy Dale Johnson of Seracy, was dead after being shot by authorities near Sheridan, around 40 miles south of the capital city.

Later Wednesday, the Conway Police Department released a report that stated a Timothy Dale Johnson of the same Searcy address as the gunman wrote graffiti on the wall of the Conway Target store, where he had been an employee. He was described in the report as "irate."

Police recovered several weapons from 50-year-old Johnson's pickup, a 2000 blue Dodge Dakota, Hastings said.

According to witnesses, Johnson had said he just lost his job. There was no motive for the shootings offered by authorities at a late afternoon news conference.

The shooting occurred in a headquarters office about 11:49 a.m. Wednesday, Hastings said at a hastily arranged news conference right after the shooting.

Hastings said Johnson walked into the state Democratic headquarters and asked to see Gwatney. After being denied entry, went into the office anyway. He fired several shots at Gwatney, hitting him in the upper body.

According to police, Johnson was not a current or former employee of any Gwatney business.

Johnson also flashed a gun in the Arkansas Baptist Convention building downtown after the shooting at the Democratic Party offices, according to witnesses. He left without incident, but police were called.

Police, then apprised of the type of vehicle Johnson was driving, chased Johnson south on I-530 to U.S. 167 toward Sheridan around 12:10 p.m..

Johnson was able to avoid spike strips and a road block placed near Sheridan but was thwarted by Grant County sheriff's deputies, who rammed his truck to disable it near Little Creek Road and Highway 46.

Then, according to a Grant County sheriff's office spokesman, L. Huey, Johnson fired two shots. Arkansas State Police officers, who also were involved in the pursuit, fired back at him.

Johnson was flown by helicopter to Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, where he later died.

Gwatney, whose family runs a successful auto dealership chain with a flagship lot in Jacksonville, rose to prominence as a state senator from the north Pulaski County town. He was finance chairman for Gov. Mike Beebe's gubernatorial campaign and was urged by Beebe, among others, to seek the party chairmanship.

Gwatney also was a superdelegate to the Democratic National Convention this month in Denver. He owns three car dealerships.

Gwatney is survived by his wife Rebecca; two daughters from a prior marriage, Christian and Chase; and two stepchildren, Zachary and Emily.

Actually, this is a big step for me. I was planning to live to old age and die in bed. But I see here a chance to get at the truth, and maybe make some money publishing a book. So I'm willing to take a risk.

Arkansas Democratic Party Chairman Bill Gwatney Killed In Shooting, UPDATED

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — A man recently fired from a Target store barged into the Arkansas Democratic headquarters Wednesday and fatally shot the state party chairman before speeding off in his pickup. Police later shot and killed the suspect after a 30-mile chase.

Police identified the suspect as 50-year-old Timothy Dale Johnson of Searcy, a town about 50 miles northeast of Little Rock. They said that moments after the shooting, Johnson pointed a handgun at a worker at the nearby Arkansas Baptist headquarters. An official there said he told the worker, "I lost my job."

Chairman Bill Gwatney died four hours after the shooting. The 48-year-old former state senator had been planning to travel to the Democratic National Convention later this month as a superdelegate. He had backed Hillary Rodham Clinton but endorsed Barack Obama after she dropped out of the race.

Clinton and her husband, former President and former Arkansas Gov. Bill Clinton, issued a statement saying Gwatney was "not only a strong chairman of Arkansas' Democratic Party, but ... also a cherished friend and confidant."

Conway police said a Target store 30 miles north of Little Rock had fired Johnson earlier Wednesday because he had written graffiti on a store wall. The age and address provided by Conway officers matched those provided by Little Rock police for its suspect.

Witnesses said the gunman entered the party offices shortly before noon and said he wanted to see Gwatney.

"He said he was interested in volunteering, but that was obviously a lie," said 17-year-old party volunteer Sam Higginbotham. He said that when the suspect was refused a meeting with Gwatney, he pushed past employees to reach the chairman's office.

Little Rock police spokesman Lt. Terry Hastings said the suspect and Gwatney introduced themselves to one another, at which time the suspect "pulled out a handgun and shot Gwatney several times." Hastings didn't say what the two discussed, but said their discussion was not a heated one.

Police said after leaving the office, the suspect pointed a gun at a worker at the Baptist headquarters seven blocks away. When asked what was wrong, the man said "I lost my job" said Dan Jordan, the group's business manager.

After the suspect avoided spike strips and a roadblock along U.S. 167 near Sheridan, police rammed his car, spinning it, said Grant County Sheriff Lance Huey. He got out of his truck and began shooting, and state police and sheriff's deputies fired back, striking him several times, he said.

Hastings said investigators found at least two handguns in the suspect's truck.

There was a busy signal Wednesday night at a phone number listed under Johnson's name. Little Rock police said they could find no criminal record for him.

According to Conway police spokeswoman Sharen Carter, Target fired Johnson before 8 a.m. Wednesday because he had written on a wall. Other store employees said Johnson's body shook as he turned in his ID badge. A Target manager had called police because of the incident but the wall had already been cleaned.

The state Capitol was locked down for about an hour until police got word the gunman had been captured, said Arkansas State Capitol police Sgt. Charlie Brice.

Gov. Mike Beebe, a Democrat who served with Gwatney in the state Senate, had been on a flight to Springdale in northwestern Arkansas. He returned to Little Rock and joined an impromptu vigil at University Hospital after what he called a "shocking and senseless attack." Gwatney had been Beebe's finance chairman during the governor's 2006 campaign.

"Arkansas has lost a great son, and I have lost a great friend. There is deep pain in Arkansas tonight because of the sheer number of people who knew, respected and loved Bill Gwatney," Beebe said.

Karen Ray, executive director of the Republican Party of Arkansas, sent her workers home early "out of an abundance of caution."

"Our hearts go out to everyone at the Democratic headquarters. What a tragedy," Ray said. "This is just a very upsetting, troubling and scary thing for our staff as well."

Sarah Lee, a sales clerk at a flower shop across street from the party headquarters, said that around noon Gwatney's secretary ran into the shop and asked someone to call 911.

Lee said the secretary told her the man had come into the party's office and asked to speak with Gwatney. When the secretary said she wouldn't allow him to meet with Gwatney, the man went into his office and shot him, Lee said.

Last November, a distraught man wearing what appeared to be a bomb walked into a Clinton campaign office in New Hampshire and demanded to speak to the candidate about access to mental health care. A hostage drama dragged on for nearly six hours until he peacefully surrendered.

The confrontation brought Clinton's campaign to a standstill just five weeks before the New Hampshire primary. Security for her was increased as a precaution. She said she did not know the suspect.

Comments from readers indicate that some were suspicious of the circumstances, but some were trying to blame Republicans.

But how would the death of Gwatley benefit Republicans?

This is not a "hate crime" or anything like that. Johnson had voted in both Democrat and Republican primaries.

And if he was upset about losing his job at Target, why didn't he go back to Target and shoot people there?

Johnson went 30 miles out of his way, stepped around several people who he DID NOT SHOOT, to get at Gwatley.

And then he shot Gwatley three times, to makes certain he would die of his wounds.

And then he shot at cops, to make certain he would die too.

This does not fit the pattern of crazed lone gunman who goes out of control and shoots at random people.

Police seek motive in shooting of Arkansas Democratic leader

WASHINGTON (AFP) — Police on Thursday sought to uncover what led a gunman to burst into the headquarters of the Arkansas Democratic Party and kill the chairman, a top ally of Bill and Hillary Clinton, US media said.

Bill Gwatney, 48, was shot multiple times in the upper body and died shortly afterward at the hospital, police said.

His assailant, 50-year-old Tim Johnson, was fatally shot after a police chase into a neighboring county.

He had no criminal record and had reportedly been fired earlier that morning from his job at a Target store, but it was unclear if or how he knew Gwatney, according to local news reports.

Police were called to a Target store in Conway, about 25 miles north of Little Rock, early Wednesday after coworkers complained about an agitated employee who had been fired for writing graffiti on a wall, the Arkansas News said.

The employee, Johnson, was "very agitated and shaking, and they feared for their safety," said Conway police spokeswoman Sharen Carter, who added that Johnson had departed by the time police arrived.

Several hours later, just before noon, Johnson walked in the state Democratic Party headquarters and asked for Gwatney.

A volunteer who was in the office at the time said Johnson had indicated he was "interested in volunteering, but that was obviously a lie."

Once Gwatney came out to meet him, "they introduced themselves, and at that time he (Johnson) pulled out a handgun and shot Chairman Gwatney several times. He then turned and left the business," said police lieutenant Terry Hastings.

The killing left fellow Democratic leaders in shock less than two weeks before the party's national convention in the midst of a fierce battle for the White House.

"We are deeply saddened by the news that Bill Gwatney has passed away," former president Clinton and his wife Hillary said in a joint statement. The couple lived for years in the Arkansas capital of Little Rock while Bill Clinton was governor and called Gwatney a close friend.

The Clintons said they were "stunned and shaken by today's shooting," describing Gwatney as their "cherished friend and confidante."

Gwatney was one of the party's nearly 800 so-called superdelegates, who are allowed to vote as they wish at the Democratic convention. During the nomination campaign Gwatney supported Clinton, who handily defeated Obama in the Arkansas primary.

Lieutenant Hastings said the motive for the shooting was unclear.

"That's something that we'll be looking into," he said, adding that the suspect was not a former Gwatney employee. Gwatney reportedly owned several car dealerships in the state.

The violent attack is the second in several months targeting the Democratic Party. In November a man claiming to be armed with a bomb took over US presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton's campaign office in the state of New Hampshire and held five people hostage for more than five hours before surrendering.

Arkansas Democratic National Chairman Bill Gwatney was killed after a noon-time shooting at the Democratic Party headquarters in Little Rock on Wednesday, according to a statement from Sen. Hillary Clinton's press office.

Bill Gwatney may have been shot three times, a nearby business owner told Fox News. CNN reported later that the unnamed suspect of the Arkansas Democratic Headquarters' shooting was later killed following a car chase that reportedly lasted about 25 miles.

The white male walked into the unsecured office specifically asking to see Bill Gwatney and was denied.

The suspect either open fired or aimed his shots purposefully toward Gwatney when the Democratic chairman appeared.

What can be learned from the Bill Gwatney shooting?

When a shooting occurs, public sympathy usually envelopes the victims and their families, as it should. Undoubtedly, Arkansas residents will offer their support for Bill Gwatney.

Unfortunately, for the victims, speculation replaces sympathy too quickly when a violent crime occurs in a political arena. Some of this speculation is healthy and involves practical concerns, such as the issue of security.

Given that the location where Bill Gwatney was shot was unsecured, it is not selfish for political workers, namely volunteers, to re-evaluate their working environment. There is little stopping a person with a true intent to kill and, yet, paralyzing fear is unproductive. However, increased awareness and security planning can save lives, whether one works in a political office, a bank or a convenience store.

Another knee jerk response to the Arkansas Democratic campaign headquarters shooting is the location and its meaning. Without the shooter's statement, it is easy to fill in the blanks - often with misinformation. After all, this is Clinton country. Is Bill Gwatney's shooter a Clinton supporter or is he against the Democratic Party in general? Is the shooting even related to Obama? We can be grateful that the tragedy is not further compounded by an apparent racial motive, but also remain cognizant that the motive is not what matters most -- it can't be justified.

As an Arkansas resident close to the Bill Gwatney shooting and Democratic campaign offices, and admittedly unsettled about the crime, I think regardless of political affiliation, citizens want to know if more violence like this will occur and how we should respond. Tragedies demand answers that are not always answerable but sensible evaluations may prove helpful. Otherwise, I gain comfort in that this is America and, though we have our loons and aggressors, typically we don't try to solve our political arguments with violence.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) (*) City and state police have closed their investigations into last summer's shooting of Arkansas' Democratic Party chairman without offering an explanation of why the attack occurred.

Bill Gwatney died Aug. 13 after being shot three times by a man who lost his job at a Target store that morning. The shooter, Timothy Dale Johnson, was chased into Grant County, where he was shot and killed after threatening officers.

A police report said an autopsy found Effexor, an antidepressant, in Johnson's blood. Investigators said the drug may have played a part in his "irrational and violent behavior."

Autopsy results said Gwatney died from a shot to the head. Johnson was shot six times.

"I wish there was a conclusion, but there wasn't," said Lt. Terry Hastings, a police spokesman.

Authorities discovered a note with a telephone number and the word "Gwatney" on it in Johnson's home, but the report found that it was a telephone number for Gwatney Towing Company in Jacksonville, which is no longer in business.

The FBI also reviewed the history on Johnson's computer, and found that he visited Wikipedia, Yahoo and news sites the day before the shooting. Johnson also visited the Web site of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms that day, the report said.

The 986-page report says police searched through electronic and paper files at Gwatney's businesses for Johnson's name, but that it never turned up. Gwatney owned three General Motors car dealerships and was a state senator for 10 years before becoming the state's Democratic chairman last year.

A separate report released Thursday by Arkansas State Police found that the officers who fatally shot Johnson acted properly. Prosecutor Eddy Easley said no criminal charges would be filed in connection with Johnson's death.

Johnson had first been prescribed Effexor in 2005 after complaining of anxiety and sleeplessness. He saw his doctor two months before the attack but there was no notation of any side effects from the drug.

The day before the shooting, Johnson confronted a co-worker who had rebuffed his advances after she had lunch with her live-in boyfriend. That night, the Little Rock police report said, he sent the woman a text message saying he would see her the next morning at work.

The morning of the attack, Johnson quit his job at a Conway Target store after being confronted with evidence that he had written profanity-laced graffiti on a storeroom wall. Later that morning, he tried to call another co-worker but she cut him off and told him to call later.

About an hour later, he was at the state Democratic Party offices in Little Rock.

Gwatney assistant Amy Bell told police Johnson asked to talk to Gwatney about White County, where Johnson lived. She told investigators she gave Johnson the name of the county's party chairman and then handed Johnson a Barack Obama campaign button and bumper sticker.

Mariah Hattah, the party's executive director, told police Johnson walked to Gwatney's doorway, introduced himself and began shooting. After the attack on the party chairman, Johnson followed other party workers out the door but did not fire upon them.

When officers stopped Johnson in Grant County (*) after a 30-mile chase from Little Rock (*) they ordered him to get down, the state police report said. Instead he pulled from his vehicle a rifle case that he tried to open even as officers shot him.

Weapons in Johnson's possession when he was stopped included the Ruger .357 Magnum used to kill Gwatney and a .44-caliber rifle in the case, the report said.

According to the report, Johnson's sister, Janice Peacock, told troopers that Johnson had begun taking classes at Arkansas State University at Beebe and asked her to help him pay for his tuition. She said that her brother had also pawned some of the firearms from his gun collection to help pay for tuition.

Peacock said her brother was "always interested in politics, but never to the point of threatening to kill anyone," the state police report said. She told Little Rock police in a separate interview that she believed her brother was a Democrat and had planned to vote for Obama.

"I really thought he would commit suicide," Peacock told investigators. "I never thought he would hurt anybody."

Ok, well that's apparently the last of what there is on this murder. The police gave up on finding a motive. Only the so-called "conspiracy stories" suggest there's more here.

For example, none of the mainstream sources tell the tale about the Arkansas delegates Gwatney was about to throw in Hillary's direction, or the fact that his widow threw them all to Obama after his death (apparently on Hillary's instructions).

And if you notice the other article I posted, there was a terrorist attack on Hillary's headquarters, and hostages were taken.

What about that?

A successful Hollywood producer who had an insiders view of Hillary Clintons 2008 presidential campaign claims she heard Bill Clinton say that Barack Obama is not eligible to be president.

Bettina Viviano who started her own film production company in 1990 after serving as vice president of production for Steven Spielbergs Amblin Entertainment told WND that it was common knowledge among delegates committed to Hillary that the Clintons believed Obama was constitutionally ineligible and that Bill Clinton would eventually disclose his belief to the public.

The Clintons were the original birthers, Viviano told WND in an interview in Los Angeles.

Everybody who has called this a conspiracy from the Republicans or the tea party, they need to know who started it the Democrats, she said.

It was Hillary and Bill, and it percolated up from there, said Viviano, who had access to the campaign through a documentary she produced on the claims of delegates that Obama and the Democratic National Committee were stealing the nomination from Hillary.

As WND reported, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his team investigating Obamas eligibility believe there is probable cause that the documents released by the White House as Obamas long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are forgeries.

Viviano said that she was on a conference phone call during the primary season in the spring of 2008 in which she heard Bill Clinton refer to Obama as ineligible for the presidency.

In the course of the phone conversation with Hillary delegates, she recalled, Bill Clinton spoke of Obama as the non-citizen.

In the world we were in, with [Hillary's] super-delegates and delegates, it just was, Hes not legit thats the end of it, period, end of story. It wasnt up for discussion, Viviano said.

Michele Thomas, a Hillary campaigner from Los Angeles, confirmed to WND that she learned from many people who were close to Hillary that Obama was not eligible to be president.

Thomas led a nationwide petition drive among delegates to force a vote on Hillarys nomination at the convention after then-DNC Chairman Howard Dean announced her name would not be put into nomination and Obama would be declared the winner by unanimous acclamation.

Viviano said that it was understood that Bill Clinton would eventually go public with his contention that Obama was ineligible for the presidency.

He, I believe, was frothing at the mouth to tell the truth about Obama, she said.

In the meantime, she recalled, the former president would make ironic references in public in which he teetered on revealing he position.

He would go on camera, Viviano said, and jokingly make comments about, you know, Is Obama qualified to be president? Well, if hes 35 and a wink, wink, United States citizen, I guess hes qualified.

She claimed, however, that Bill Clintons intention to unequivocally state to the public that Obama was ineligible was stopped in its tracks by the murder of a close friend of the Clintons, Arkansas Democratic Party Chairman Bill Gwatney, just two weeks before the Democratic National Convention in Denver.

Gwatney was killed Aug. 13, 2008, when a 50-year-old man entered Democratic Party headquarters in Little Rock and shot him three times. Police killed the murderer after a chase, and investigators found no motive.

The Clintons said in a statement that they were stunned and shaken by the killing of their cherished friend and confidante.

Viviano said a campaign staffer who was close to Hillary, whose name she requested be withheld for security reasons, told her Gwatneys murder was a message to Bill Clinton.

I was told by this person that that was Shut up, Bill, or youre next, she said.

The campaign adviser, according to Viviano, said that despite the intimidation and threats, Bill Clinton was prepared to speak out about Obamas eligibility

And then, Viviano said, paraphrasing the staffer, they went in and said, OK, its your daughter, now, well go after.

And then Bill never said anything.

Others in the campaign who believe Gwatneys murder was a message to the Clintons think it had to do with the fact that Gwatney was resisting an effort by the Obama campaign and the party to intimidate Hillary delegates into voting for Obama.

But Viviano argues that California delegates also were rebelling, and she says her source told her the same story two years later.

Since the 2008 campaign, Clinton has insisted publicly that Obama is eligible for the White House.

He weighed in on the issue in an April 2011 interview with ABCs Good Morning America, when Donald Trump was urging Obama to release his long-form birth certificate to the public.

If I were them, Id be really careful riding that birther horse too much, Clinton said. Everyone knows its ludicrous.

I had never voted in my life

When Viviano headed production for Spielberg, her credits included the second and third Back to the Future films, Cape Fear, Land Before Time, Schindlers List, Always, Roger Rabbit and the third Indiana Jones film.

She launched her own production and management company, Viviano Entertainment, in 1990. Her movies include Three to Tango and Jack and Jill, starring Adam Sandler.

Viviano was plunged into the world of campaign politics in 2008 as an admitted neophyte when Hollywood screenwriter and director Gigi Gaston asked her to produce a documentary called We Will Not Be Silenced on allegations of voter fraud against Hillary Clinton by the Obama campaign and the Democratic National Committee.

I had never voted in my life. I wasnt a Democrat, I wasnt a Republican. I wasnt anything, Viviano said. I didnt know anything about any of this.

Viviano said that when she and her co-workers informed Hillary campaigners that they were making a film about voter fraud, the floodgates opened.

I mean, everybody had a story to tell about death threats, threats, intimidation, document falsifying, vandalism, property theft, she said. It was the most horrible thing Ive ever heard in my life.

Viviano said that in research for the film, allegations and evidence that Obama was not eligible came up immediately.

We were getting hit with so many things about Obama, she said. This is when (Bill) Ayers and (Rashid) Khalidi were in the news, and then, all of a sudden, Oh, and hes not eligible to be president.

Viviano insisted to WND that her reason for speaking out now was not related to the fact that Obama beat Hillary.

Its not about Hillary, she said. Its about No. 1, Im American, I live in a country where there is a Constitution and a set of laws. I also have somebody in the White House who has lied, obfuscated, provided what we all know to be forged documents about who he is.

She acknowledges that she could jeopardize her Hollywood career.

What can you do? she said. Its my country. My dad fought for this country in World War II in the 82nd Airborne.

Her late father, she noted, was shot down twice during the war and was awarded two Purple Hearts.

I think, would he rather have me sitting in the corner cowering, and afraid of people, or would he rather have me tell the truth and what I saw?

Five years after the Gwatney murder, there doesn't appear to be much follow up by the police. They still don't know why Johnson decided one day to drive 30 miles and shoot Gwatney.

Here's the thing.

I'm barely making any money at my so-called "job."

I have lots of time.

I have never done anything illegal or immoral so I can't be blackmailed.

The only thing I have to lose is my own life and the lives of my family.

And I'm willing to put my own life on the line to find out why Johnson shot Gwatney.

If they threaten my family, I will probably back off.

If they threaten me, I won't back off.

But first they have to figure out who I am.

And I am asking PF not to reveal to anyone my IP address to anyone, because it could cost me my life.

When I call cops and political insiders to ask them questions, I will pose as a journalist from a mainstream newspaper.

I will act non-chalant and see if I can put people at their ease, and get them to talk to me.

I will openly scorn "conspiracy theorists" to the people I talk to, and say I'm just asking routine follow-up questions.

I was a student journalist for two years, so I know how to do this.

If I stop posting here, you will know that they got to me. I do not plan to leave this forum, so if I leave, its because I was forced to leave not because I wanted to.

In which case, I might be dead.

I will instruct someone to come here and let you know what happened to me.

If I do find the truth, I will put all my findings together and publish a book.

OK, now we see there were two motives for Obama to order the hit on Gwatney.

1) Gwatney was not going along with the program to throw the nomination to Obama by acclamation; and

2) Gwatney was close to the Clintons and his murder was a message to Bill Clinton to shut up about the birth certificate.

And when the death of Gwatney was not enough to shut up Bill, they threatened Chelsea and that finally shut him up.

So now we know why even Republicans and conservative talk show hosts run away from the birth certificate issue: they're afraid someone close to them will be murdered.

Donald Trump they can't get to. He has enough money to protect himself and the people he loves. He can hire bodyguards for himself, his family, and anyone close to him if need be to protect them from Obama's assassins.

I guess its pretty hopeless to ask if the FBI is looking into any of this?

OK, now I realize this is going to be tougher than I originally thought.

It appears that the elite establishment, the politicians, the police, the FBI, the mainstream media, already know why Gwatney was knocked off and that Obama ordered the hit.

And they don't feel threatened by Bettina Viviano, because no one is publishing what she has to say except for "conspiracy" websites.

So they've managed to push the entire story into the realm of Bigfoot, UFO's and whatnot, and they don't have to kill anyone else to keep it a secret.

If I were to publish a book, well it won't get published because all the publishers won't touch it.

And as long as the elites refuse to talk about what they know, very few people are ever going to know the truth.

This is like how they told everyone that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone, and kept that lie going -- well, forever.

Or JFK's East German spy girlfriend -- they kept that one locked down for decades and even now most people don't know about it.

What I don't understand is why the Clintons didn't have a few of Obama's people knocked off in retaliation. They've gotten their hands dirty before so they know what to do. I guess the threat against their daughter really unhinged them.

I thought there was a kind of "honor code" among organized criminals that you don't go after family.

I guess Obama doesn't even follow the criminal's "honor code."

Well, this has all been an education.

Apparently, the Democrat party is a party of organized Mafioso-type criminals, and the families actually kill people in their war for power.

And the big families, the Obamas and the Clintons, fought for power in 2008, and the Obamas won because they were more ruthless and willing to actually murder the daughter of a former President.

And what is the FBI doing about all this? Isn't it their job to make sure that organized crime is under control?

Well, the FBI can handle it when its an Italian family and they're running drugs or prostitution.

But a family that runs in the Democrat party and wields power WITHIN THE SYSTEM is UNTOUCHABLE, even when they commit acts of murder and terrorism.

So the only way the FBI can protect itself is build files on these people and blackmail them with it, like they did to Jack Kennedy.

But they will never make any arrests or prosecute.

What an education I've gotten today.

I think I've thrown out the last of my idealism, because now I know how our system really works.
