What a dangerous precedent it would have set, if someone was convicted of murder for some drunken bimbo climbing down a balcony and falling.
Frankly I am not shocked. I have seen some crazy women in my lifetime. Most are totally sane. But once in a rare blue moon, one boggles the imagination. You feel like you must escape.

This Australian man could have actually thrown this Kiwi woman off the balcony or placed her on the balcony so that she would fall off the balcony before locking her out of his apartment on the balcony. It's quite clear that he is directly responsible for her death and she may have been unconscious at the time. The phone recording could have been altered to make it look like a suicide.
