Very much so. Having dealt with mental illness in my own family I see it in others especially personality disorders. Cluster B's lack a sense of self so they have a need for identity. Causes fill this need. IMHO many on the hard core left and right have some level of cluster B personality disorder. As the hard core left is more mainstream there are mover cluster B's there than on the right.

Now for those of us more familiar with personality disorders the "lower levels of executive brain function" is really a polite way of saying someone has a personality disorder. Long story short a damaged childhood stunted the development of their executive function. Now the BBC tried to blame it on a lot of drinking and drug use but again for those of us who understand personality disorder the drinking and drug use isn't the cause but a symptom. The alcohol and drugs calm the overactive limbic system and are used a self-medication.

It kind of scary that the population entrusted with the dissemination of facts and truth just also happen to be the segment of our population to whom facts and truth is meaningless. To a cluster B facts are like paint on a painters pallet. To be mixed and matched used and discarded to paint what ever picture is needed to justify their out of control emotions and distorted reality.

 

The facts are that the Post went to that town to ask questions about Moore, since he was running for the US Senate, a national office, not for D.A. of of a small town in Alabama, USA. There are obviously thousands of stories like this all over the country, no? So, let's
not absorb the facts. There is never "evidence" when the statute has expired,
but when NINE women come forward, are all of 'em liars and "Whores" as one trumpist called them? I guess in your mind. You have a daughter, wife, girlfriend? What if she told about an incident that she was involved in years ago?

9 women did not accuse more of sexual molestation. You would be wise to actually know the difference between sexual assault and asking someone out.

I look at the Moore issue as all Judges would look at it. Not the finding of fact as some Judges would vary, but the method used to find facts.

I would have the witnesses present to the court what they believe to be fact. And a Jury would listen to them, have law explained to them and let them make the decision.

These kangaroo courts only make people like me angry. When women wait 40 years to strike, it sets off alarm bells.

 

Reading the Democrat of today vs how they defended Clinton to the dying breath is breath taking. I was told over and over that it was consensual. I believe even the middle aged woman says she went voluntarily and consented up to a point, that when she put the brakes on, so did he. This does not excuse any man for getting it up for a teen girl. In the deep South in the 70's it was not unusual for an older man to ask a 16-year-old girl for a date (perfectly legal) -- especially if he had achieved some success and wanted a wife with most of her child-bearing years still ahead of her -- so as to have the maximum number of children possible, and many sons. This was acceptable mores in the South then, and still is to a lesser degree.

Give some thought to the trauma facing these women for all those years. This is not an issue for the courts to look at for obvious reasons. Too many women have come forward to be "fake".
