It doesn't look like you understand what the poster was stating. Also, India puts out more movies than the US.
I certainly understand what the poster was saying. He was implying that many other countries, with their longer and more established histories, have more culture than the United States. I believe this to be wrong. The U.S. is a blending of many different cultures that have morphed together into something entirely new. They retain their older European (and African/Asian) influences while bringing something else to the table. I don't see how anyone walking through places like New York, L.A., New Orleans, or Chicago the ooze with their own distinct style and think the U.S. has no culture. The U.S. has culture, and is certainly the most influential in contemporary times. The number of movies produced in a country has little relation to its influence on world cinema. We both know that Hollywood generates significantly more revenue and has more influence in the world than Bollywood does. Anyway, lets get back on topic. This is heading in the wrong direction.
I don't see America's blended cultures as a culture, and I suspect others who laughed at the joke feel likewise. America is too "pop" by comparison.
Excuse me? Guys like me? What is that supposed to mean? Women can do whatever they please, I seriously doubt all 150+ million American women give a rat's patoot what I think of them. If they want to bulk up like a man, who is stopping them?
I've always tipped my hat to the women who are built well. They look naturally stronger and that is awesome. Skinny girls look pathetic. I got a lot of muscle, but I'm a stick otherwise and I'm not fond of it (but don't really care that much). I'm about a size 6, but I'm 5'10". I also have bigger boobs than hips, so I am out of proportion. I'm not the ideal body shape. If I had to pick one body out of famous females to be what I think is ideal, it would be Michelle Obama. She's sturdy looking. Nothing proves you are physically attractive like telling someone you don't know on an anonymous forum that they would "fall over" for your attention. (*)(*)(*)(*)ing hilarious. And stupid.
Feet? Why would anyone make a big deal and draw attention to their feet? Even if she had cute little feet - why would she think anyone would be interested? Strange the way some people think....... The one type of woman that always leaves me wondering and I stay away from are these women who are overweight and they wear skin-tight clothes. There is nothing attractive about skin-tight clothes on loose-fitting skin.... my gawd! that looks horrible! There again, I had a neighbor who dressed like that every day - she finally moved, which really improved the neighborhood scenery. During the summer, she was really a sight w/her skin tight, very low cut tops that showed way to much flabby cleavage and emphasized the 2 tires around her middle and her tight shorts..... I often wondered how she could breathe... And you could tell by the way she was always walking around and bending over that she really tho't she looked 'sexy'..... women like that are sad. Why can't they see what we see?
You're the one who initiated this exchange with self-deprication...and now you're playing "Miss Sensitive." In the future I'll tread lighter so as to avoid insulting your feminine sensibilities regarding your body image. "Those speed jeans don't make your butt look big" I'll say again..."Those speed jeans don't make your butt look big"
Depends on what you call curves. My ex wife was 5'2" 107 lbs and DD and very curvy. My GF is 5'3" 107 lbs but not busty but a very nice small waist and nice round behind, very curvy.
Is this the (*)(*)(*)(*) you pull when you don't have a witty retort? How is my comment in any way sensitive? I made fun of the AF. I made fun of myself, you, and the AF. If that doesn't tell you that I think anything is fair game, then I can't help you. I swear to god you're menopausal with these mood changes. Maybe you're the one with their ass hurt over me making fun of our PF standards and the airlift community. Maybe I'll tread lighter to protect your insecurities.
Have you ever seen an obese woman wearing tight lyrca short shorts? Or a mini skirt? Yes, some obese women do think they can show off their 'legs' in a tight mini skirt. Problem is it rides up around their butt because its just too tight. There are clothes that are appropriate for 'normal' (healthy) sized people, and clothes that are appropriate for obese people, and mini skirts and lycra are definately out!
I am not sure. The US size 0 is an Aussie size 6, so I have just taken your size six and added six to it, making it 12. Your sizes are so much smaller than ours. I think if I bought something in the US, it would be a size 8-10, but here it would be a 14-16.
