My rant characterizing and replying to his rant is....

If you expected to go to a polling location, cast a ballot and have it properly counted on election day then you're engaged in political malpractice. This Katie Hobbs lawyer declares that you're an idiot for expecting them to be able to allow you to cast, count and manage your vote.

He declares in closing that you're not electing leaders, you're electing RULERS, or more specifically the rulers will let you know in a couple weeks how they managed to keep you in the dark, work in the shadows and with little to no actual campaign effort managed a win that is just outside the margin of scrutiny, recounts and that you shouldn't question even when the numbers don't seem to add up in any fashion.

Don't you get it. You're the dummy for questioning the narrative. You're the idiot for expecting a competent election.

    For discussion...

This attorney suggests that you "reap what you sow" if you cast your vote on election day. If you have long lines, failing machine or even end up disenfranchised, he suggests you should have known better than to wait for election day to cast your vote. Is this a reasonable claim and is it an unreasonable expectation to have a smooth and problem free experience voting on election day? Many of the issues with the election were due to paper ballots being printed on election day at a polling station. I personally find the ability to print ballots with common personal computer printers to be part of what might lead to suspicions of election theft. Do you think even if they are attaching the votes to a claimed registered voter that they should be able to print votes from common computer printers?

People want to know that their vote counts. It is as simple as that.
And they want the process to be simple, transparent and fair.
And they are fine with close races being recounted as long as no new votes are added in the process.

With extensive mail in ballots in circulation with limited security, the election process will continue to suspect. Having heard that ballots were mailed to every registered voter in Clark County, Nevada, I have no confidence in that result. Receiving a mail in ballot should require the voter to put out an effort. Party workers should be barred from collecting ballots. Live voting should limited to no more than a few days before the official Election Day.

Why is it always sore losers who are paranoid about free and fair democratic elections?

There are numerous safeguards such as bipartisan monitoring, and investigations, audits, recounts, and appeals would expose such conspiracies were they not imaginary.

The Cry Baby Loser instigated a plethora of election liars before demonstrating his impotence in explaining how his fantasy "Landslide!" was stolen, or identifying a single suspect in his airy-fairy vast conspiracy. Fortunately, the election liars are fewer than had been feared, and elective democracy has survived the attacks.

Mail in ballots were perfectly ok for years until Trump lost the election. It seems like republicans are suffering from “grapes are sour” syndrome.

More and more countries in the world moving toward E-voting, but republicans want to go back to 100% in person voting on election day. At some point republican needs to wake up and realize this is 21st century.

If we can pay for Amazon to deliver a box to us, we can create a system to vote electronically. The real reason we are not moving in that direction is that one party does not want all of us to vote because if all of us voted, they would lose every election.

Mail in ballots were not that prevalent until Covid when Trump ran in 2020. Your party has become masters at ballot harvesting and stuffing unguarded drop boxes. When the Democrat controlled election office sends ballots to every registered voter, especially when the voter lists are not up to date, the opportunities to cheat are close to infinite. Years ago, when Lyndon Johnson was running in Texas early in his career, there was a town that reported more votes for Johnson than there were registered voters in the town.

I could cite some 19th century examples were “floaters” moved from one district to another voting multiple times. That was one reason why laws were passed that required the state, not the political parties to, supply the ballots.

If elections boil down to the party that wins is the one that can cheat the best, our republic is finished. In 2004, I heard a lot of complaining from a Ohio Democrat that the Bush campaign had cheated to win the state. So your party is not beyond the same sort of whining.

You can claim all the voter fraud you want and how democracy will finish if election system is not secure. But not a single court (including SCOTUS) took these allegation seriously.

It’s easy to write all the voter fraud in online forum and twitter but another thing proving it in court. So far ZERO case won voter fraud which changed election result.
