Weight gain could be a variety of things psychologically. Guilt, depression, and anxiety or three of the major factors. However, I do not see how weight gain can implicate or imply Zimmerman's innocence or lack thereof. I'll let the court settle that.

 

It's probably more an issue of credibility rather than culpability in the minds of the jurors.
