I did not say that mood swings caused homicidal behavior. I said that it does not necessarily equate. You see, that's the opposite of what you're suggesting that I said.

But you are implying he is part of the 10 percent who has an adverse reaction?

you libs can toss out all the straw men you want but in a court of law all that will matter is whether martin was beating on Zimmerman. Not a f'ing thing else will matter and all the evidence points toward that being the case. Give iyt up kiddies, Zimmerman is going to walk, so prepare yourself for that.

You may or you may not. This is all speculation and has zero legal bearing unless you can find 5 experts who all agree and will be admitted by the court.

This is absolutely the most bull(*)(*)(*)(*) case and if his attorney is so stupid that he loses it some other attorney will get him off on appeals. Justice is not equal to the law and in this particular case, the police incompetence, the political insertion, the change in rules and procedures all smell like a dismissal.

MArk O'Mara is pretty impressive, I don't think any Lawyer would lose this case, unless Crump was representing Zimmerman.

As a pharmacist, I could explain. But people have already briefly detailed what both do.

I've seen this combination before, actually. It is rather rare, though.

The only thing I'd say about it is that it's a relatively addictive duo.

We don't know yet who attacked who first. We may never know for certain. Also, we certainly don't know that Trayvon had any drugs in his system at all at the time of his homicide. I would guess the most they find will be trace elements of thc which stay in the bloodstream for months after ingesting marijuana, which would not indicate that he was under the influence of anything. You are ASSuming again grasshopper.

Perscription drugs have been known to cause paranoia and a bevy of other side effects which could have caused GZ to snap like he did when he threw a woman across the room in front of several witnesses a few years back, or maybe GZ was just naturally irritated and irrational. Reportedly, GZ has a history of violent irrational behavior which could have led to the death of an innocent young man that night. Perhaps that is why after an exhaustive investigation involving dozens of witnesses, the prosecutor decided to charge Mr. Zimmerman with murder in this case. I'll wait till I see and hear all of the evidence as it is presented in court, instead of jumping to conclusions based on bits and pieces of the evidence being fed to the press by his defense attorney or the victims family lawyer.

    Cheers

If you think so he had some blunders early on that had plenty of attorneys shaking their heads, but then...managing the client is always the hardest part.

Are you in law enforcement of some sort?

No insult intended.. but do you really think GZ will get off over politics and a botched initial investigation?

So you know on the date of this crime, Zimmerman took these meds? I mean seriously, get real. Whats in Trayvons blood is what matters.

I took Restoril very briefly after the accidental death of my mother 30 years ago..

Its a powerful drug... I am surprised that GZ was taking it.

Trayvon's blood was tested. They tested the dead kid and not the shooter. One of SPD's many (*)(*)(*)(*) ups. Trayvon was clean as a whistle.

    Dear Heavens, no!

    **clutches pearls**

I am in an altogether different line of work, you could say. You see, I defend those innocent men and women who have been accused of crimes by law enforcement...part-time. I used to do this full time but it's not exactly conducive to motherhood. ;)

I'm sorry to hear this, Margot. I wouldn't share something like this with strangers. Very brave of you.

Oh yes.. If that creep had continued to try and get into my car, i would have killed him or at the very least hurt him very badly.

That's how women are if they aren't 33 years old, unemployed and childless.

I hate to burst your little bubble Pop but it's really what's in the shooters blood that matters....Why do you think that every time a policeman fires his weapon there is a manditory drug and alcohol test given to HIM....Not necessesarily the guy he shot at or killed..."I mean seriously, get real"......Are you Zimmerman's mother? LOL

I am no ones mother, just ask Margot, she will believe anything you tell her blindly. ;)

Well, I am not aware they took a blood sample from Zimmerman that night, I know for sure they got Trayvons.

If they didn't get blood from Zimmerman, why? He just shot and killed a man. That is strange...Maybe he refused on the advice of his father, the magistrate who was at the police station looking out for his boy....I'm sure that the police officers who were present during the time Zimmerman was being detained for questioning will be asked why they did not check Zimmerman for drugs...Should be interesting.

I would be shocked to find out they didn't take his blood either, I would imagine that would be standard. Maybe it would clear up the notion he sounded drunk on the tape?
