A friend told me about her doing that... high on pot and driving around, laughing up a storm about nothing, slow reflexes, not really aware of her surroundings ...... an accident just waiting to happen. Said she'd always regretted being so stupid and knew she was lucky she hadn't caused an accident and possibly kill someone.

IIRC, cocaine and heroin used to be legal here.....

 

That's not a death caused by overdose.

Someone actually smoking dope can't die from a direct overdose; that's what the OP meant.

Didn't I just read a post w/article in it about a young guy who died from overdosing on pot? He fell into his pizza, holding a bong? I think he lived in Australia?

However, I would suggest you study it a little closer.

You also didn't mention the 10's of thousand people who die every year from misuse of prescribed pharmaceuticals, or how many people die from the prescription of the wrong pharmaceuticals. Pharmaceuticals have also taken the #3 slot for abuse of drugs among teens, right behind cigs and booze.

The statement was about marijuana overdose: nobody has ever died from a marijuana overdose. Simple fact.
