Uh no he doesn't. Two scratches to your head and bloody nose does not show someone who claims to have taken the beating that Zimmerman claims to have taken. The lack of injuries to Trayvon suggest that he didn't put a beating on Zimmerman. How many people do you know that repeatedly punch someone in the face have NO injuries to their knuckles. How many fights have you ever had where every punch landed cleanly, even boxers can't do that. Where did the punches that missed land? He claims he was on concrete, so if he missed Zimmerman's head he had to hit the concrete. Did his knuckles look as if he had struck them on a concrete sidewalk? Where are Zimmerman's defensive injuries? Who in the hell just lays there and lets someone just unload on them without fighting back. Come on man.

Sorry, but many people today have what we call, "common sense".

Funny, that we can't get any proof of those anger issues that Trayvon had, but we damn sure have seen the documented incidents of Zimmerman's.

If 45% of your head is covered in blood wouldn't you have an ample amount on your clothing. Wouldn't there be an ample amount on the person putting the ass whooping on you.

Well the school thought Martin was such a problem they separated him from the rest of the students and stopped allowing him to come. Then the smashing and bashing of zimmerman didnt help change anything.

as far as 45% of blood, I have no clue and don't really care. The EMT`s statement is a guess at best and I have no clue whether he was wearing a jacket that later came off, got a change of clothes, etc.... I`ll assume he DIDNT because I havent heard otherwise. To be quite honest, I think the less blood on Zimmermans clothing , the better it is for his version of events.

If this actually happened, how is it that Zimmerman had a right to defend himself but Trayvon wasn't afforded that same right. Why do I say that? Last we checked Trayvon didn't jump out of his vehicle in pursuit of Zimmerman.

You won't even describe the actual injuries. Why is that? A likely broken nose, two black eyes, abrasions to the face, two lacerations to the back of the head consistent with contact with a hard surface. Injuries perfectly consistent with GZ's accounting of events.

You have to have actual evidence to convict someone of murder. Something you clearly haven't provided.

As has been repeatedly explained to you, you do not have to receive a savage beating to defend yourself. Only have a reasonable fear of serious bodily injury. Why the repeated dishonesty on this point?

And the reason Windigo chose to provide ONLY a very small portion of one page of that affidavit is because the rest of it clearly shows that it is NOT about Trayvon's being involved or not in a burglary. . .but it is about an INTERNAL investigation re: an unethical/unlawful leak of information to the press around the "found jewelry."

There is NOTHING in that affidavit (and I read the entire thing) that shows or state in ANYWAY that Martin was involved in a burglary, or that he was being suspected. It is ALL about the INTERNAL investigation.
