Your entire point is rather much irrelevant. The point is that racism exists and that the drowning of a black child by a white kid falls in a wider pattern. A part of that pattern is how an other poster proved that unarmed black people get shot at a rate 3 times more often. Emphasis on "a part". I gave more examples like driving while black, how black people predominantly get arrested over drug related charges. etc etc etc.

Yes, all sorts of crime is running rampant in soft-on-crime Democrat-run cities, so it should come as no surprise that hate crimes are also skyrocketing in the cities were Democrats live in dense clusters, and demand that their police forces be defunded.

Wherever there are dense populations of Democrat voters, that's where you'll find the most crime, and the most hate crimes.

Any locale in the US has that possibility. Japan is a different matter where you can literally leave your $2000 laptop at the table while you go to the restroom. But here, cars have been stolen in suburbia, urban areas, and even rural areas while the person leaves the car running while they go into the convenience store. Even in small towns, rural areas where crime, including murder, can make its ugly appearance. Moscow, Idaho ring a bell? Or recently, you make want to look at a small town in illinois where four family members were killed and it was not a random act, according to police.

If we are both white and I hate you and kill you is it any less a crime than if we are of different race? I don't think this boy was going around knocking out unsuspecting black people he and his other kid had some disagreement going.

 

nope, both are murder, like I said though, hate crime laws were meant for smaller crimes down with racist intent, all a hate crime does is add 5 years to the sentence

adding 5 years to a murder sentence is just symbolic, not really what the law was designed for

there is a huge difference between someone spray-painting normal graffiti on a house
and someone spray-painting "get out n-word" in red spray paint for example to scare all black people in their neighborhood

 

No it is not. The pond, whatever the size, is totally relevant to the issue at hand. This was attempted murder, based on the public reports. This was not too boys trying to outdo each other becayuse of a girl they both like sort of a thing.

I am not sure if this meets hate crime criteria in the state in which this happened. But I also think there was a beef of some sort, and teenage hormones also got in the way. Does not excuse the perp from doing what he did, but it may explain why he did it.

Point stands that the whole picture of the US got racism institutionalized, from killing black people who are unarmed a hell of a lot more, as well as just pulling them over while driving (while white people got more infractions with the law when they get pulled over), as well as black people get arrested for drugs a lot more often (while white people are just as busy with drugs). Your silly question doesn't change that. While the pattern of the police goes hand in hand with what happened in the OP,... where a black kid get almost killed for no reason by a white kid while some other white kid cracks some jokes about it.
