Compare independent enthusiasm this year to 2020 when 61% of independents were enthusiastic, 23% unenthusiastic. Look for a very low voter turnout among independents this year.

This is a group of voters Biden won in 2020 by a 54-41 margin. If they don’t show up at the polls or vote third party this time around, that’s going to really hurt Biden. For Trump, it will be addition by subtraction as more of this group stays home than goes and votes.

Independents are today leaning toward Trump by a 40-30 margin with the rest in the vote third party, will not vote or undecided columns. Notice that Trump’s percentage hasn’t gone up, but Biden’s has dropped 24 points. This, independents are the main reason Trump is leading Biden in the polls today. They can't help it if you fell for a criminal. Prosecutions are based upon evidence. Trump knows the evidence isn't in his favor - that's why the primary strategy has been to delay and other tactics to avoid an actual trial.

 

There is no evidence in the Bragg case and the Letitia James case is civil. Since when are civil cases "criminal"?

Well, most people agree that our institutions are corrupt. Our congress is little more than institutionalized insider trading, and no one is even trying to 'tear that down'. But the unelected bureaucracy surrounding it is at least as compromized, and we do have a constitutional and realistic avenue for purging that- fire and replace them. That doesnt even 'tear it down', just kinda resets it and sends a message.

And hopefully it gets smaller in the process, but that would be an historical first, so I wont hold my breath.
