you don't think there is any political element to the charges against Trump when you have some leading legal experts saying the hush money case is complete bullshit?

So, in your opinion sending fake electors to congress is ok? Anyone can pretend they are representing state to congress and alter the will of the people and face no consequences?

You are right, GOP can’t even impeach Biden once. How can they impeach him twice.

you mean when a leftwing Obama fluffing judge allowed sealed divorce court testimony concerning the leading democrat nominee for the senate seat in Illinois (who should have beat Obama) to be leaked to the press? Or that the press never really investigated how a guy who didn't even make basic honors at Columbia got into harvard law school when they don't even consider you unless you are at least Magna from a college like that? Or how his wife got into Princeton and harvard law with grades well below what whites needed? Or that Obama admitted to using crack cocaine? yeah the birth certificate nonsense was silly but Obama was hardly transparent about it. and there was evidence that he was listed as a "foreign student" in some years,

The birth certificate, gun confiscation, 401 k confiscation, the conspiracies are endless.

There was no evidence but keep up with the nonsense I'm sure that evidence will surface some day. :)

do you know why Obama didn't get to sign a gun confiscation or ban bill? Because Dingy Harry Reid remembered what happened to the dems in 1994 over the clinton gun ban. And he wouldn't let Obama get such a bill and then when the GOP grabbed the senate it was a non issue. Obama's appointees to the supreme court are rabid gun haters. Obama constantly brayed about wanting to ban semi auto rifles but he didn't have the legislature give him a bill. But he did the next best thing-his judicial picks are anti gun

With all the monumental evidence against Trump, you believe none of it.

With no evidence that the prosecutions are political, you believe all of it.

    How quaint

WOW YOU READ WHAT I WROTE-I SAID THERE WAS NONE BECAUSE HARRY REID wasn't going to allow any anti gun bill to hit the president's desk
https://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2019/08/16/obama-gun-control-227625/ (and this is hardly a pro gun publication)

The main problem gun control advocates had in 2013 was not the rules but the lack of a mandate, the product of Democratic squeamishness about gun control going back several years.

Many Democrats had been uncomfortable with gun control since the moment President Bill Clinton enacted the assault weapons ban in 1994, over the private opposition of the House Democratic leadership. When Democrats were decimated in the 1994 midterm elections, including Speaker Tom Foley, gun control was blamed. (In his autobiography, Clinton wrote that the National Rifle Association “could rightly claim to have made [Newt] Gingrich the House speaker.”)

    https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/416320/obama-is-most-frustrated-he-couldnt-pass-gun-control/

    from wiki

On January 16, 2013, Obama announced a plan for reducing gun violence in four parts, one of which was banning assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.[13][14]: 2  The plan included 23 executive orders, signed immediately by the president, and 12 proposals for Congress,[15] including reinstating and strengthening the ban on assault weapons that was in place from 1994 to 2004, and limiting ammunition magazines to 10 rounds.[16] .......
S150, the Assault Weapons Ban of 2013, failed on a vote of 40 in favor to 60 in opposition. It was supported by Democrat Reid and Republican Senator Mark Kirk, but 15 Democrats, one independent, and all the Republicans except Kirk voted against the ban.[32][35]

Your only evidence for that claim is that Republicans are getting indicted, but you ignore the fact that there is evidence for those indictments, and given that fact, ;lus the fact that Garland has defended Trump twice in court, and indicted a number of democrats, your claim is null.

Moreover, you ignore how Trump weaponized the DOJ, and there is tons of evidence of that fact.

    https://www.the-independent.com/new...us-election-russia-putin-result-a7406866.html

    And then..........

Trump solicited on television, help from both Russia and China. When it came, mostly from Russia, he welcomed it and did NOTHING to stop it.
And they did, in fact, interfere, and the Mueller Report documented over 140 contacts with Russians.

And then they hired Cambridge Analytica, a foreign firm, who were conspiring with Russians, noting that the firm was dissolved for illegal activity.

And then Trump's campaign manager provided proprietary voter demographic data to a russian spy.

And then we have Trump calling Putin where no record of the call is kept, and no witnesses to the conversation allowed.

And then we have Trump, inviting to known Russian spies into the Oval office, without any Americans present. Even the photo of the event was taken by a Russian photographer.

And then the Special Counsel, a republican, was appointed by Rosenstein, a republican who was Appointed by Trump

And then, the republican who's FBI was investigating Trump, was fired for investigating him ( I don't buy Trump's reason)

And then, as the Mueller Report documented, 10 cases of Trump obstruction of justice ( why would Trump obstruct the investigation if he didn't believe he was doing something illegal? )

With all this, do you think it was UNREASONABLE to suspect some conspiracy was possible?

Clearly there was probable cause for an investigation and owing to that hard truth, hard fact, no way in holy hell can you, or any republican, declare that the investigation was a hoax, particularly given that dozens of Russians were indicted for meddling in the US election, and quite a Number of Trump's people were indicted and convicted, as well.

And let's get something straight, a robust rebuttal that destroys your argument, utterly, completely, due to thoroughness does not equal 'spam'.

I asked you a legitimate question.

How can you, who purport to be Ivy league educated, traffic in right wing echo chamber memes (that democrats commit the most murders rapes etc.) ?

Now if you think that question has an assumed premise, feel free to prove your premise and then we'll see if my premise is assumed or not.

Durham Was supposed to make heads roll but no heads rolled anywhere. What a fizzle that investigation was --he's totally lost credibility.

I just gave you an abundance of evidence for probable cause which establishes the inescapable of fact that it wasn't a hoax.

You don't successfully rebut anything by claiming a non substantive "nonsense".

Do you expect me to believe your opinion?

Trump is mainly being prosecuted for beating the Democrats in 2016

However, I do expect you to substantiate your claim.

No but I certainly believe charges that have been brought because a grand jury had reviewed the evidence
