You do realize, Trump wins, his AG will need evidence (and no, there is no evidence, sorry).

How can you profess to be educated at Yale (or wherever it was), and make such an uninformed comment?

Let's take a look at the party affiliations of a number of the prominent folks you claim are 'out to get Trump'.

    1. AG Garland is an independent

2 SC Smith is an independent

    3. NY AG James is a Democrat

    4. NYC DA Alan Bragg is a Democrat

    5. Fulton DA Fani Willis is a Democrat.

6, SC Hur is a Republican.

All of these folks comprise one Republican, Three Democrats, and two independents and the three dems are state, which has nothing to do with the exec branch. Trump says it's all 'Biden', but Biden deliberately avoids any directing regarding the DOJ, and has nothing to do with the state justice systems.

"What dems did to Trump', the premise falls apart under scrutiny, it implies there is no evidence. If there is evidence, and there is evidence, the accurate thing to say is 'what Trump did to himself'. Well, this idea that Willis, Bragg, James, & Smith would accuse a former US president, which represents a historical first, bringing the spotlight of the world burning down on them, which, if they lose, could ruin their careers not to mention it could bring the wrath of Trump supporters upon them with a spate of death threats (which they recieve already), not to mention the extremely high stakes involved in the indictment of a US President, this idea that they would go through all of that without a ton of evidence and then some defies credulity.

Additionally, of the 60+ lawsuits which failed, by Trump lawyers or that of his surrogates, a number were Republican judges of whom a few were appointed by Trump. Are they 'out to get Trump' as well? The claim makes no sense.

You have no counter argument that is more compelling than the above.

    But, you can try.

And, he was unindicted co-conspirator #1 in the trial Cohen was jailed for under the Trump Admin.

    I'm not.

    For two reasons.

1- Unlike you, I have read the indictments for all 4 trials.

If you had, you might understand why Trump is before the law.

2- No conspiracy theory has any hold on me.

Which you don't, since it's the only thing MAGA has left to explain what's happening to Trump right now.

Trump brought it all on himself.

He is being prosecuted for the things he did.

This isn't the first time I've seen misplaced blame.
I've heard lots of people misplace blame during my lifetime. The speeding ticket from that "stupid cop who had better things to do than give me a silly speeding ticket", the cops unfairly setting up roadblocks to give me a DUI, on and on.
You hit the nail on the head: had Trump followed the rules and laws he wouldn't be in mess he made. I have not heard once that Trump takes on any responsibility, and his sycophants follow his lead. Just because one doesn't like something doesn't negate it's validity. The first step is to look at the situation objectively and admit if there is any personal wrongdoing. It is part of being human, just as much as wanting to avoid the bad stuff. Trump completely fails to take responsibility, which, IMO, makes him an awful leader, and unfit for the office of POTUS.

Fake electors have now been INDICTED in GA, MI, AZ

Investigation underway in NV and WI

The Fake electors in PA and NM added language to the certificates that might allow them to avoid prosecution

So everywhere where the FAKE electors submitted fraudulent certificates stating that they were the "duly elected and qualified" electors from their state are now being indicted or are under investigation.

How long are the Trump supporters going to continue with the lie that "it wasn't a crime"?

Sending in fake electors is where this mess started. That's who broke it.

that's not evidence that the prosecutions are valid. Trump is mainly being prosecuted for beating the Democrats in 2016

This sums up all you people have been pushing for since the black man was elected. A revenge campaign perfectly describes what the GOP has become but thanks for admitting what we all already knew.

yeah that's absolutely true-many people who supported Trump in the primaries (I did not-I voted for NM even though she was suspending her campaign by the time Ohio had its primary) did so mainly for that reason.

That’s the entire reason he was elected in the first place. His most prominent slogan adopted by his supporters was “f*** your feelings”

You cannot act like his nomination is anything other than revenge for what the right feels the left did to them.

I think that’s why so many of you ignore all of the outright voting and electoral fraud and blatant crimes coming out of your party — it isn’t that you don’t see it, you believe it is justified.

many on the right correctly note that the federal LE agencies have been weaponized under Garland and Biden. the russian collusion bullshit and the suppression of facts (Hunter Biden laptop) was proof enough and that was long before Trump's hissy fit over losing the election that had numerous issues including the total inability to authenticate mail in ballots as valid
