No . . . actually people are responsible for all those murders. Now in all seriousness I also believe that there would be fewer deaths were all guns banned in this nation. There would be even fewer deaths yet if all people were sedated all the time. It sort of depends how far one wants to go in mandating perfect cradle to grave safety for all of humanity.
