The 45th president zoned in on whistleblower allegations that Hunter Biden messaged CCP-linked businessman Henry Zhao on the app WhatsApp in 2017, demanding that a “commitment made” be “fulfilled.” In the message, which Hunter Biden’s attorney has admitted is real, Hunter says his father, Joe Biden, is sitting next to him, using it as a cudgel.

What’s more, Hunter Biden-linked bank accounts within ten days after that message received $5.1 million from Zhao, according to a 2020 Senate report on the family.

Trump said Saturday that Biden is “very compromised” and is “being paid off just like a common criminal.”

“But he’s totally protected by the Department of Injustice and by the fake news media, which has been weaponized to a degree we have never ever seen before,” he added. “This is a crime 100 times bigger than Watergate, and they just don’t want to write about it.” …

Hunter Biden is already being investigated by a prosecutor, and that prosecutor assumed their office under the appointment of Donald Trump. A new prosecutor could be appointed, but realistically speaking they probably wouldn't produce different results from the current one.

That's pretty much what it all boils down to, he is creating the expectation again, that if he is elected there will be a sudden change where (insert Democrat opposition) is put in jail. In the case of the Hunter Biden investigation, we already have a prosecutor carrying out an investigation, who is a lifelong Republican, and who was appointed their position by none other than Donald Trump himself

Why doesn't Trump acknowledge any of this? because ignoring those details is what he needs to do in order to create the expectation that if he is elected there will be a change brought forward that will lead to Joe Biden (note, Joe Biden and not just Hunter Biden) being put in jail. What Trump's supporters do not realize is they are being manipulated by him, just like how he manipulated them into believing that Hillary Clinton would be put in jail if he were elected back in 2016.

He's doing the same thing all over again, and they are falling for it all over again. He's creating this fantasy that the current prosecutor isn't going to come up with anything incriminating against Joe Biden, only because they are a crooked Democrat (even though the prosecutor is a lifelong Republican appointed by Trump himself), and that if he is elected he will appoint a "real" prosecutor, who will put Joe Biden in jail. He has to keep the fantasy alive to keep his base motivated. Also, because it is a defensive tactic of his to go on the attack. Any time he is criticized about anything, or held accountable for anything, he immediately reverts to accusing one of his opponents of doing something bad. That's how he defends himself, it's his own "everybody involved is a corrupt liar but me" tactic.

Trump, during his admin, weaponized DoJ in an attempt to pin fake crimes on the Bidens. The investigation came up with ... nothing. President Biden was squeaky clean.

That's right, with the full powers of government at their disposal, using every means both fair and foul, the Republicans couldn't find any wrongdoing by Biden.

Now they say they'll do it again? Why? What sleaze and lies will the Republicans attempt to use this time that they didn't use before? I can't think of any, being how sleazy and dishonest their previous witch hunt was.
