Most universities fall under the IRC 501c organization category. The only difference is who is paying or supporting the university in tuition. Thus, it will not only include Harvard, who has the largest endowment fund, but also universities such as Texas A&M, Stanford, Duke, University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, and the rest here.

Trump is trying to "resurrect" his failed Trump University. Additionally, we have a plethora of universities that offer online courses that are both private and public. We even have military academies where your education is fully paid for by the government. We have six of those. And we have a plethora of scholarships, grants, loans, and other programs that are either supported by the government or the institution itself. For instance, Harvard University has a program where they will waive the tuition if you meet certain financial circumstances based on your household income. Room and Board still has to be paid, if you are on campus attending, but this will apply to even online courses in the undergrad degree programs Harvard offers. This is nothing but a sham by DJT while trying to suggest he is "reinventing the wheel."
