I guess she puts the military in the same category with fat kids... they both need HER to tell them what they're doing wrong.

I'm sure her visit will be the highlight of their military career.

 

I think they said Michelle did 25 push-ups on Ellen...oh wait, that don't sound right.

In my spare time, I'm working up to beating her 25, although I have no idea how many she really did, you know trick photography, splicing and all.

I can do 16 right now... Watch out Michelle!!!

 

Not sure how they picked Arkansas for her to grace every one with her presence. To my knowledge, Barack has never visited here. Oh, wait...Arkansas should be included in the 57 states he's visited, right?

 

If you're real lucky... maybe she'll be coming to your town next! As long as taxpayers are paying her way... money is no object!!!

On the news, a reporter was in front of an Olive Garden in Ft Worth where she'll be 'lecturing' and interviewed a lady who'd tracked the place down in hopes of getting a glimpse of MO. I thought it was kinda cute until she said, "I'd rather see her than the Queen! She's wonderful!"

Butt, again I digress. Back to Fundraising Thursdays, this time with Lady M in Cincinnati where she spoke before an audience at the Westin Hotel who had paid anywhere from $250 to $10,000 for the event. I don’t want to get off-topic again, butt does that really strike you as fair? Some people got to enjoy Lady M for just $250 while others were charged $10,000? Or maybe we just collected the $10,000 from some who could afford to pay a little bit more in order to subsidize the others who couldn’t? I don’t know, butt I’ll check into how this works and get back to you.

Mrs. Obama was the keynote speaker at a reception at the Westin Hotel in Downtown Cincinnati. Donors paid anywhere between $250 and $10,000 for a ticket and exclusive access to the First Lady, who delivered a vigorous defense of her husband’s administration, saying President Obama’s work “is not done.”

“That’s right, I’ve got 5, er, 7 more years! We can do it – yes we can!”

“If any family in this country is struggling, we can not be satisfied with our own families’ good fortune," said the First Lady.

Mrs. Obama spoke for nearly half an hour to the people in the ballroom. Before that, she appeared at a private reception with big donors where attendees had an opportunity to have their picture taken with the First Lady.

Not sure what the going price for a photo with Lady M in Cinci was, butt the price of the upcoming Boston photo shoot is probably a good indication.

Mr. Obama, dressed in a sleeveless black dress, was introduced by Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory, who called her “a woman of poise, a woman of elegance, a woman of grace, and, I would say, a woman of intelligence.”

Poised, elegant, intelligent: what more do you people want? Enthusiasm?

After her speech Lady M visited the Underground Railroad Freedom Center, where she seemed overwhelmed.

“Who do we want to be?,’’ Mrs. Obama asked. “Will we be a country where success is limited to a few at the top? This country is strongest when we are all better off.”

Good to see MO hasn't lost her sunny disposition. Rather severe outfit... not bad. It matches the expression on her face.

The First Lady visited the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center while on a trip to Cincinnati on Thursday. On the fashion front, Mrs. O re-wore a Rachel Roy dropstitch lace cardigan and dress from the designer's Summer 2011 collection, first seen here.

Did you know that (by my count) Mrs. O wore Rachel Roy more than any other designer in 2011?

The President and First Lady attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C. today. The museum is scheduled to open in 2015. On the style front: Mrs. O wore a Peter Som dress and custom coat. Mary Jane kitten heels completed the look.

Still can't tell much about the blue dress... hearing it's gotta cardigan is a downer. Thought maybe it was a new look for her.

Second dress is another in her wardrobe of upholstery fabric dresses. This one would make a lovely bedspread/drapes combo in a master bedroom.

 

She looks PO'd or bored to death...hard to tell which...maybe both.

 

Where are the upholstery tacks??? Gezzzzz Barry looks like crap. Looks like he weighs 150 lbs.!!! Moochelle must have put him on a diet so she could have more...LOL

Somebody needs to remind MO that anytime she's out on one of her "missions", the cameras are going to rolling and snapping. She looks pissed off most of the time. Not even going to get into the dresses she was wearing...too painful.

Sneak peek... no photogs allowed at the governor's ball, but Mrs O.com got this peek. Gotta luv those eyelashes... and her nose job (er, I mean medical procedure) turned out very well. Not sure about the hairdo... looks like the wighat's too tight or something?

The President and First Lady are hosting the 2012 Governors’ Dinner in the State Dining Room of the White House this evening. As in recent years, limited press photos have been published. Fingers crossed for a full length view on the White House Flickr feed!

 

Angelina paying homage to FLOTUS' style?

Michelle's such a scene-stealer. I bet she knew Angelina was gonna wear that dress to the Academy Awards so she wore her's first. Of course, it makes more sense at a Hollywood black-tie affair than it does at an museum groundbreaking with the POTUS, but that's our Michelle, huh? Fashion trailblazer.

I’m not sure how helpful it would be, butt I think it would be interesting if Rasmussen or Gallup would do a poll to determine who has a higher favorability rating: Washington or Hollywood? I guess it would be more of a “who do you loath least” poll. If it turns out that Washington is the biggest loser, I think the Republicans should consider running George Clooney as their candidate. He’s got good hair, can learn his lines so he won’t sound like a moron if TOTUS suddenly goes AWOL, can switch roles as the situation requires and will say anything if you pay him enough.

I don't wear stockings. I admit to having fabulous legs though. And my legs do not reflect that much light. It's like she uses baby oil or something. Kinda creepy.
