I don't need one. It's basic constitutional law. All laws are constitutional when passed, unless they are ruled unconstitutional by the court. This is a very basic and very simple concept.

Is there some rule or other law that states all laws are Constitutional unless ruled unconstitutional? How is it determined that all laws passed are Constitutional?

The point of the claim being made by yourself is what exactly? Is there even a point that is being presented for consideration? Or is it simply meaningless complaining about the differing standards and cultures that are in place between the various nations?

Firearms in the united states are not going anywhere. No matter what sort of legal restrictions could be implemented in the near future, the number of firearms that will have to be dealt with will be insurmountable, and impossible to address in a meaningful manner. It is something that has no hope of ending anytime soon. The best course of action available it to accept it as fact, get over it, and move on with what is left of your life, rather than wasting it with behavior that could be interpreted as whining about something that is not liked, or is presumed as being unfair.
