I wasn't referring to Mnuchin's brief stint at Soros Fund Management. Your post is a fail.

"Mr Mnuchin returned to banking during the financial crisis, gathering a group of investors including hedge fund bigwigs George Soros and John Paulson, private equity investor Christopher Flowers and computer mogul Michael Dell to buy failed mortgage lender IndyMac. The bank, renamed OneWest Bank, returned to financial health but it became known for quickly seizing the homes of borrowers who fell behind on their mortgage payments."

    And?

Why don't you cut to the chase?

I'm certain you're well experienced in how things work on websites like this.

You misrepresented the extent to which Mnuchin has been associated with Soros and I corrected you. In a thread that is decidedly condemning towards Soros and his associates I'm pointing out that that list of associates includes the Secretary of the Treasury appointed by Trump. By extension I would think that on some level that would constitute a criticism by you of Mnuchin, and of Trump who appointed Mnuchin.

It will do no such thing.

Soros is first a money man. Given Mnuchin's brief stint at Soros Fund Management, why not tap into Soros resources, and others?

Second, Soros is POS sewing controversy and discord via his massive funding of radical Progressive groups, propaganda operations and globally via his corrupt Open Society Foundation.

Of course you won't. You'll condemn Soros' associates until you find out that list includes one of your guys, at which point you'll make a cheap excuse.

I'm new to this forum, is it within the guidelines to point out another members hypocrisy? Either way, you're obviously not to be taken seriously.

Yes, you can point out hypocrisy. Just don't call people names like stupid, liar, etc..

I'll condemn Soros every chance I can. However, his connection on an investment side, he is a hedge fund guy, is different that what he does via the organizations he funds and help spread chaos with.

You seem to be quite a defender of Soros. Why is that?

Funny how forum right wingers never have any difficulty with the Koch brothers using all the corporate welfare they've gotten to finance radical far right America hating groups.

Indeed. The wealthy using their wealth as they see fit is a part of American life and politics. It's the sort of thing the conservatives would normally be the first to defend, too, seeing as how they support allowing the wealthy to get wealthier and use that wealth as they see fit.

First, the Koch Brothers are libertarian, so their efforts aren't "Republican" or even really "Right Wing".

Second, the dollars and support the Koch Brothers provide is pennies to dollars in comparison to the Progressive Machine that dominates the scene, and sows chaos and discord.

Third, it might help if you had a clue about who is doing what. Spewing complete BS and talking points, only serves to destroy your credibility.

What about ALEC? They exist. They most certainly aren't in the same league, nor do they have the same reach and influence.

If you would like to compare them, I have no problem with that. Just be prepared to provide facts and links.

Koch brothers fund republicans, period.....In their wet dreams, they want all republican policy outcomes to be basically that where the wealth class rules over all -- but they will just settle for financing republicans until then.

    Oh please.

You need to restrict your hyperbole to those who think like you do. Such memes are simply viewed as comedy outside that fence.

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

As usual a forum member of the radical far right openly display his ignorance of the facts:

Conservative Koch brothers' network to spend up to $400 million for the midterm election cycle – including $20 million to sell the GOP tax law
    • Advocacy groups tied to conservative billionaires Charles and David Koch pledged to spend nearly $400 million this year on initiatives tied to the midterm election cycle.
    • That's an increase of 60 percent from the network's spending during the 2016 election cycle.
    • The Koch network will devote $20 million to pitch the GOP's recently passed tax plan to skeptical voters.

    https://www.cnbc.com/2018/01/27/koc...nd-400-million-in-midterm-election-cycle.html

As always, it is ever so easy to defeat a member of the anti-USA radical far right.

    LOL

The Progressive Machine that includes Soros, Tom Steyer, and many other factions, will spend 3 times that amount on these mid-term elections.

    https://moneymorning.com/2017/08/31...re-on-the-2018-midterm-race-than-ever-before/

According to the OSF's 2017 budget, some $512 million is slotted to be spent on "Grants and Other Direct Program Costs" this year.

It's probably a good idea to have some facts before pissing on the grave you placed your credibility in.

    Too funny.
