    When it was first introduced, only one person was against it, he was a commie terrorist traitor Democrat named Russ Feingold.

    In 2011, Obama (being the terrorist muslim radical leftist he is) re-authorized it much to the delight of Republicans -- the main opposition to it again came from Democrats.

    Now back to my question -- what democrat policy burned the constitution, so far we have only talked about a Republican policy....which pretty much makes me point...

    And if you think saying "but but but Obama.." means anything to me, you are delusional -- Obama isn't a progressive, he is a moderate corporatist politician who thought if he pandered to republicans, they would work with him, he was wrong..

    Can you point to me a law or bill implemented by Democrats that said "one is guilty until proven innocent?" -- or is this just you being in your feelings over Brett -- I wonder when folks were yelling lock her up!!, did that bother you??, was that an example of "guilty until proven innocent"
