That's the GOP way, because the fewer voters, the better for them. It is, however, a slap in the face of voters, with the cynical justification that their judges are "originalists" In reality, they want activist judges to push through the GOP minority power grabbing agenda, while hiding behind the constitution.

I am fine with that, that's how it is supposed to be. Justices are supposed to have unbiased opinions and should not be political servants nor legislate from the bench. Unfortunately even the SCOTUS has been contaminated. I don't think ACB is anyone's lapdog.

 

More riots in Philly................due to another black man being shot by police. The nation has already been reacting to incidents like that. It's why reform of how policing is done is being considered nationwide.

 

The term Rammed is not correct. She was totally voted against by Democrats so they lost the case they are not bigoted and powerfully biased.

Ginsburg was rammed. She got almost all votes. Biden will not be president. I used to vote for only Democrats and then we lost elections. I wanted Humphrey but did not get him. I wanted Nixon to lose yet he won.

Congress is more important to this nation. And since 1933, Democrats have virtually dominated congress for long periods of time. Normally they buy votes. That is why blacks changed parties.

 

Ginsburg got 96 out of 100 votes. That's not ramming - that's overwhelmingly popular.

 

Trump never put requirements on Justice Amy Barrett. She made no promises. She has one standard. She agrees with the Constitution.

Trump agrees with the Constitution as well.

Democrats have had at a minimum from 1933 to now to change the constitution on this issue, yet have never done that. There have been changes but not to the numbers on the court nor rules as to how they must agree to vote.

 

Under Trump blacks have made huge gains. From opportunity zones to help them find jobs to the rules to set them free from Prison, blacks can't claim Trump has not helped them a lot.

 

It's odd the DNC doesn't recognize the blacks four year climb from poverty and rise in prosperity.

Folks, like you, who fan this narrative and frame it in racist ways believe in your imperviousness and resilience to apply this same BS story over and over, even when facts and video in this case clearly show just how stupid and dishonest your narrative are. It seems what is objected to here on those justices is the dedication to our constitution. All in Government take the oath to uphold the constitution. So how can Amy Barrett be other than true to the constitution?
