    All of the data in their screenshot shows it was created way before the election (like more than a year before, in some cases). It was probably test data. Or is someone going to claim that ballots were being adjudicated back in May?

    Edit: except for two files created in October, and then some created after the election.

    I beg to differ. And so does the law:

    A spoliator of evidence in a legal action is an individual who neglects to produce evidence that is in her possession or control. In such a situation, any inferences that might be drawn against the party are permitted, and the withholding of the evidence is attributed to the person's presumed knowledge that it would have served to operate against her.

    Trump lost the pop vote both times. The House, Senate and White House once. Pretty rough showing for four years. In contrast, Joe Biden is 10-0 in general elections.

    Strangely, Idaho votes for Trump. Could it be you have your potato brains mixed up? I think you do.

    It's a screen shot of a file directory. It's meaningless.

    Showing files were deleted off this particular disk means nothing. Find the files, then they can talk.

    Again, I know what it means.

    Posting a screenshot of a file directory does not prove evidence was withheld. As far as I know, those files weren't required for the audit. Or they were uploaded to a server then deleted locally. Or they were deleted accidentally. Or maybe the cyber ninjas took them and did something crazy to them.

    If you were conducting the audit, would you contact the county and locate the files, or would you post an ambiguous tweet before resolving the issue? The former is a search for truth, the latter is partisan screech.

    It's a tweet. Call me when you get something real.

    Is math hard for the left? The ****ing number of ballots in the boxes doesn't match the batch reports included in the boxes that says how many ballots are supposed to be in the boxes.

    Significant discrepancies. Do you know what that means?
