Thank you for that recap ^^^ of debunked election fraud fantasies. It's nice to have it all condensed into one crazy rant post.

    Not feeling the hysteria?

Perhaps, the Air Force should have A-10 Warthogs circling over Biden's empty head during the inauguration. That might calm the fearmongerers and bedwetters down...

Courts refuse to hear cases because 1. they think the substance is not worth their time, 2. because they see nothing on the surface of a case appealed from an appellate court that they would disagree with, or 3. they don't want to be caught up in a particularly significant but controversially case. Since the states' filed case was not an appeal (because SCOTUS has first jurisdiction of a conflict between states) their reason for not hearing it was because they were frightened over the fallout they would receive and hurt their legacy.

I doubt it. I think you're referring to the Texas law lawsuit which was denied for lack of standing and the President v. Boockman, et al suit involving Pennsylvania, in which a motion to expedite was denied, but no final determination has been made. So...one settled, one pending. But, regardless of their reasoning, the only appeal from their decision is for Congress to rewrite the relevant law, which because of the ex post facto provision, wouldn't change their decision over a past action.

This is pretty much accurate. However, remember "lack of standing" is acceptable super camouflage for running away and hiding.

I'm genuinely curious what the SCOTUS will say about the Boockvar case. I'm fine either way, although I think Pa did the correct thing with the situation as presented to them.

As long as everybody is clear as a bell about 3 things

    1. This is not an election fraud situation
    2. This is not a Trump lawsuit (he joined well after the fact)...
    3. None of those votes have even been counted yet

Not only the 25,000 military but the fencing and barbed wire as well. Why? There was a report that now the Secret Service is afraid that the National Guard may try a coup because 90% are white and 90% of them voted for Trump. No evidence I might remind everyone. But, the Media have to put this sort of thing out there as well as anything about the riots at the Capitol Building. They fear that the truth about the stolen elections will get out. So, they have to do these dog and pony shows to silence the truth that Biden is not only an illegit President but totally incompetent as well.

They don't want us to remember the 500,000 protestors at President Trump's inauguration and the antifa violence along with thousands of women in vagina costumes. They complain and throw lies about 250,000 at the White House in support of Trump. It's just another attempt to silence free speech of conservatives. They don't want the truth about the stolen election, The Biden Crime Syndicate with China and the Ukraine and his racist past.

No you don't. You want only to have people remember the Trump rallies where people were peaceful and actually picked up after themselves. Unlike Democrat rallies where buildings are burned, destroyed and looted. Where they look like fools in those vagina costumes. All in order to not let the truth out about the stolen election.

Free speech doesn't include breaking into the national Capitol. And, "stolen elections" are handled in the courts, not the streets.

    WRONG.

The "filings" were frivolous BS which lacked an actual "Aggrieved Plaintiff" who could establish the requisite "standing".

Courts DON'T Waste Time on Frivolous BS, (which lacks standing).

Anyway, why are you talking about BS "filings" which were laughed out of Dozens of Courts (in a thread about The Nat. Guard)?

    Seems rather off-topic.:bored:

Anyway, back to the OP, it seems like a great move to bring overwhelming force to DC to tamp down any potential disruption by Trump-Inspired Domestic Terrorists.

Years ago, when Ronald Reagan was President (I was a Republican then and voted for him twice), or Governor (can't remember which), he cut funding for State mental institutions to save money for his tax cuts. The theory was that new prescription drug treatment would not require hospitalization, as long as people took their meds.
Your picture is the result...they obviously forgot to take their meds.

Just as Carter was remembered for the Iranian Hostage images, Trump is going to be remembered for the the MAGA riot
images. At least Carter redeemed himself with his work on Habitat for Humanity - somehow, I can't see Trump
    attempting anything like that.

Or, is beyond their definition of their constitutional jurisdiction. I am constantly surprised how people who believe they are "conservative" today are always throwing States' Rights under the bus and calling for more centralized federal power.

    :roflol:

    Totally...

Bigfoot cost Bat Boy the Election...

    Biden is Satan...

    And...

    The Earth is Flat...

    Did I miss anything?

Anyway, back to the OP and the "vetting", Biden"s Team has every right to be skeptical about the intentions of potential "Radicalized Elements" within the Military.
