I disagree, all Economies by nature(and specifically, your local wallet) works best when centrally planned. It's the plan itself(the details) that leave for consideration. I only want to micromanage it, to the extent where, whenever loopholes exist, or where it appears to be a damaged sector, we should be able to repair it quickly. The flaw lies in when the economy effectively loses dollars and thus market purchasing value.

I disagree. All humans act based on their conditions(conditions striving for a better life). And ideally, they'd do this in a mutually beneficial way, but when push comes to shove(IE: Poverty), some try to escape through ill-gotten gains and methods. The ideal system for society, is one in which promotes mutual benefits to all people, instead of dividing us along class lines, etc.

Read up on ancient history and the modern history of Africa a bit more. Your views are the result of ignorance, and you'll find that they don't reflect reality at all once you get a wider perspective.

It went from being the largest economy in Europe to the fifth largest. The rapid increase in the qualiy of life in East Germany after the change from socialism to capitalism if further proof that you're wrong.

It's better to live in places that haven't been ruled by a bloodthirsty madman with CIA backing.

I don't understand how someone can look at history and see all of the great civilizations of Northern Africa and Asia and conclude that white people are superior, given that europeans were primitive compared to the rest of the world until about 1300. Looking at history can only lead to the conclusion that civilizations rise and fall as they will, with no regard for something as petty as race.

Also, Russia became a player on the world scale. That much is undeniable. They did well for their position.

The fifth largest for everyone is leagues better than the largest for a handful.

Furthermore, the fall of socialism in the eastern bloc was a disaster that lead to a massive economic downturn and a huge wave of deaths.

Nowadays, you can get rich in eastern europe, but you can also die poor, and the second one is many times more likely.
