AZ Sec Of State Wont Let Obama On Ballot Unless Hawaii Shows More Birth Records

Oh, so now the entire state of Arizona is a laughing stock, too? Obama's Praetorian Guard is starting to hyperventilate! Methinks you boys "doth protest too much"....

Look, all that Obama needs to do is to produce a simple, direct, uncomplicated copy of his original, authentic certificate of live birth (like you would make with a simple copy machine made by dozens of manufacturers all over the world). And, yes, Mitt Romney should be required to do exactly the same thing! Instead, Obama rolled out that out-of-sequence, piece of PDF software construction as being his "Birth Certificate -- the Director's Cut" last year. Why THAT instead of a simple, direct copy of the actual document? None of Obama's loyal Praetorian Guard will answer that question because they cannot without revealing their "messiah" as being the deceiver that he is....

Hell, if I were Mitt Romney I'd make a simple, direct copy of my birth certificate and hand out thousands of copies of it to anyone who wants them! I'd make it a point to start every single campaign appearance by saying, "Hi! I'm Mitt Romney, a natural born citizen of the United States of AMerica, and here is a direct copy of my original, authentic birth certificate!" Can you imagine the first debate between Obama and Romney starting that way? Obama would self-destruct right on the spot!

 

Oh but Pollycy- President Obama did more than that.

President Obama requested that the State of Hawaii make an exception to its own policy and make a certified photocopy of his authentic certificate of live Birth- you know like on a simply copy machine- have it picked up by his attorney, and brought to the President.

Then the President held a press conference and showed 'a simple, direct, uncomplicated copy', certified by the State of Hawaii to all the reporters there. Actually there were two copies passed around to reporters. Several of them took pictures with their phones.

Then the State of Hawaii took the unprecedented step of issuing a Press Release, confirming that the birth certificate shown by the President was authentic and that yes, President Obama was born in Hawaii.

So the President has already done everything you have asked for- and the State of Hawaii has confirmed it all.

So you are satisified now- right?

there are no "more birth records". Absolute conclusive proof has already been shown. And the state of hawaii verified it. Hawaii is going to tell arizono to go pound sand, and obama will still be on the ballot.

My oath of office is to uphold the Constitution and laws of our state and country, and I’m going to do that by following the law,”

In other words, "I realize you are sycophants and not interested in the real evidence, and that this all stems from your hatred of Obama."

He also says in his email that Arpaio's investigation proved "nothing".

Yeah, birthers, Bennett knows exactly what is going on here. And the fact that you think he's on your insane side just makes it all that much more funny.

By what has been presented Sec of State Ken Bennett hasn't seen the burden of proof established. All he needs is to have the question satisfied. Look, he can even be made to look the fool by Liberals everywhere. So why not jump at the chance to shut Ken Bennett down? Seems to me there should be far less whining about it and much more licking of chops at the chance to score points with liberal voters.

It is the job of Ken Bennett to decide the matter for AZ. Has he personally been presented a copy that satisfies him. I guess not. Now I'm sure this is politically motivated as we all could agree, but Ken Bennett takes a big chance here politically speaking. Obama has poked at AZ since day one. This could be a simple matter of pay back. Who knows. In any event, if he is not satisfied with the proof to be presented this could go very bad for Obama. It doesn't matter who has presented what or where. It is his choice and given the relationship between the Federal Government and the Great State of Arizona, Ken Bennett is in a position to flex muscle as more States are beginning to do these days.

 

So true. He will look the fool. He knows the position he has placed himself in and is willing to stand tall. It is a risk he's willing to take.

What happens if he denies the authenticity of the document presented? Will it be forced to be heard in court? Will it run as far as SCOTUS? All he has to do is stall just the way they have been played by the Obama administration. Two can play that game. And another thought, perhaps this is really all about getting a compromise on other things tangled up in litigation by introducing a new bargaining point. Who knows. We don't know how all this is being set up.

 

One would think that Arpaio would spend all his time keeping the streets safe in Arizona as opposed to try to play Sherlock Holmes and wasting tax payer dollars on some witch hunt.

I for one think this is a wonderful opportunity for Obama. It is completely a win-win.

Hawaii might respond by sending Bennet a copy of their April 27 Press release

Or Hawaii might send a seperate additional confirmation to Bennett. Bennett in either case is likely to take these responses and just announce that he is satisfied- which will be the case of one more state confirming that Obama is eligible.

Or maybe Bennett might actually refuse to accept anything the State of Hawaii provides....which would mean that either the President's campaign or the Democratic Party or voters in Arizona would sue him, and a judge, upon presentation of an official certified copy of the BC would order Bennett to put Obama on the ballot.

Even assuming that everything WND is accurate- which would be a first- I see no way that this doesn't benefit the President.

I hope this all gets great publicity.
