The Senator's summary does not mince words....

"[Biden's] decided, OK, we've got to feed all these 10 million people we've let come across the border, we've got to house them, and we've got to give them health care," Tuberville said. "They've opened up care from the doctors in these [VA] community care systems. The lines now in the VA's are getting longer. Our funds that are supposed to go to the veterans are going to these illegal immigrants that are coming across."

Fact is- we don't know how many places things like this are going on. We do know that the first duty of leadership, meaning the offices of President and the Congress- is to make America work, FOR AMERICANS.

Honorable Leadership would fulfill that duty.

1) The agreement between the ICE and the VA started in 2002.
2) ICE pays for it, not the VA.

So, anything that reveals corruption in the left is fake news. If they thought they could get away with saying no illegals are entering the country at all- they would. That would require total control of the news and information- and the fact they don't have that (yet) is the only reason we hear about it.

And it's not the VA or Ice paying for it, such things are just pipelines- and the flow they carry are TAXPAYER DOLLARS.
WE THE PEOPLE are paying for it.

Nothing good has ever been accomplished by bitching and hate. Recognition of something offensive is not "bitching", but choosing to slander because of emotional reactions is.

The migrants have countries. The condition those countries are in- IS related to the way those migrants have allowed conditions to exist. Same thing we are experiencing tight now- where the irresponsible tolerance of nonsense is allowing toxic elements to poison our own country.

The migrants are granted the right to knock on America's door, to ask to enter, to ask they be considered for citizenship or other things, like time to attend a university. All legal, and America has been most generous is doing so. NO ILLEGAL MIGRANT IS ENTITLED TO ANY OF THAT.

It's not a question of migration- but of illegal action.

If I sneaked in your window at night, and you woke to find me helping myself to your refrigerator and your wallet, what would you do?
Would you think I was entitled to do that, and offer to cook my breakfast and give me the spare bedroom?
Or, would you call police to report a burglar, and get a weapon to protect yourself ?

Being human does not entitle you to anything. How you conduct yourself makes you who you are, and that is their choice. IIlegals are humans- but so are carjackers and serial killers and nuns and heroes.
What you do is who are- and that is how we separate the respectable, the deserving and the worthy humans from those who choose to be trash.

Many of the offensive actions of the current administrations relate to old laws- but it is the abuse of those laws, of their intent and spirit, which is the offense.
Perhaps it is because we fail to demand HONOR from the people we elect- and we tolerate being used by corrupt politicians like Biden and the people who control him. That "tolerance" needs to end.

 

Our law allows them to request asylum and remain here while they wait for a hearing. Why shouldn’t they get basic medical care while they’re here?

And our laws are being grossly abused, at the direction of the Biden Administration. Requesting Asylum is a magic password, to go free when you are caught- No proof is required.
The vast majority of asylum claims are frauds; the government knows this. And asylum can be requested without violating the border, either at a port of entry or any embassy.
People not in immediate danger are not in need of immediate entry.

Illegal entry is criminal entry. Doing so should forever bar the person from making a claim of amnesty. Biden could stop the bulk of the illegal entry tomorrow with an executive order.
He CHOOSES to dump this disaster on the American people. CHOOSES.

There is such a move as you refer to, a "new rule" that came out late last year but wasn't effective until May. IF it was being enforced, the illegal traffic would have dropped massively, and the lines at the Ports of Entry grow in the same way. That didn't happen. December set a new record, with 302,000 illegal entries that they know of. That's about the same population as Toledo Ohio- entering illegally in one month.

"Biden’s rule would presume asylum ineligibility for those who enter illegally." WHY is the word "presume" in there? It leaves the point negotiable and ambiguous, not positive. The door- still open.
The purpose here is more "show", to be able to claim to be responding to the crisis he has created, in order to turn down the political heat... And retain "Plausible deniability".

And IFit's granted, they have no more right to medical care than citizens would- or less.
