Imagine sitting at your table, trying to enjoy your food, and being screamed at and abused by a gaggle of loud-mouthed, radical BLM anarchists!

Bet you never thought it could happen 'here' -- but as I've observed for years, being in Washington D. C. is NOT like being in the real United States -- especially now!

 

Difficult to follow. But if I understand correctly, the woman says she has marched with BLM many, many times. But she didn't feel right about raising her fist while out dining. Is that right?

 

THE ONLY things I could understand were No Justice No Peace. Looked more like a college beer party than people out dining.

As to the actions of BLM in the OP, the "narrative" seems kind of murky.

I would not condone (in any way) the demands of the agitators.

Obviously, they had easier access to harass the diners given the fact that Covid Protocol necessitated the outdoor dining.

 

What's next, will the BLM nazi's demand a Heil BLM salute?

 

Where people are free to carry firearms, we don't see nonsense like that found in the OP.

 

So maybe she got her head out of her butt and doesn't support BLM anymore. Or maybe she feels like she shouldn't be expected to virtue signal all of the time even when she's at a restaurant. What does it matter? Do you agree with BLM harassing people to show support for their so-called "cause"? Or because she may have been dumb enough to support BLM in the past, do you think she should be expected now to support them always and everywhere?

What? If you want to control everything that happens to you while eating, eat at home. That's true of anything. If you don't want to be asked to join a movement, then stay home. If you don't want your kids to see gay people, keep them home. If you want to control how society looks, then just say home and surround yourself with affirmations.

If I'm eating out and someone asks me to do something I don't want to do, do you know what I do? I ignore them. Tah dah...

Seems the "control" is those who threaten violence to people that disagree with them....So by justifying it you are in latter group.

Are you saying 8 year old Secoriea Turner should stayed home the rest of her life and she deserves to die because people you believe in the above?

 

Again, you go out, and something like this can happen. I have gone out and been harassed by right wing political people and left wing. I didn't come here and whine about it, did I? I ignored them. If they approached my table, I would ask for my food to go and leave if I wanted the most expedient way to get away from the problem. If I wanted to make a point, I would demand the restaurant take action, but I would have to spend time putting up with the harassment, wouldn't I? So what is it you want the outcome to be? For the people doing the protesting to "learn their lesson?" Well if that's what you want, then you would have to invest energy to make that happen.

 

You should send that warning out to black people and maybe they'll avoid being shot.

 

Screaming at people who just want to eat, is probably not going to change their mind.

Yep, I say this same thing to everyone, including my kids. If you want control, eliminate all possible variables, like friends or having a life. But if you want to possibly have a great night now, well the risk is someone may ruin it in some form or fashion. Now if you go out and someone commits and CRIME against you, well that's obviously not your fault simply for leaving your home. Did anyone have a crime committed against them? Were they assaulted in any way? Were they harassed in a manner that is a crime such as sexually or physically? I couldn't tell, but if they were, then sure, file charges and make arrests. Just because you left your home doesn't mean you can't become a victim nor does it waive your rights.

We have a society that if the left harasses and threatens you at your own house and you prepare a defense...YOU are seen as the bad guy.

Take any of those situations and make it a bunch of white people outside of a black persons house threatening and harassing, you would see a very different response from society. But, as long as its white peoples being harassed...society just doesn’t care.
