This was what a friend went through after Nixon was elected. Under LBJ, intact families could draw some benefits. Under Nixon, not. A friend of mine was cut off and decided that the best thing he could do for his family was move out so his wife could still pay the rent and feed their son.

People have been murdered by teens playing the "knock-out" game, but the victims didn't

Oddly thugs demand respect but have none for their elders, yet another problem that community faces. You prove little. I, like most people, have few if any problems with mature blacks (aside from politics, which can be solved through discussion), its the young ones that are the problem, until that is resolved there isn't going to be much change in attitudes nor reliance on stereotypes when having to deal with thug aged punks. Whatever that may say, the truth is one learned from experience with that age group, that in no way means all young black males are troublesome, but caution and apprehension have been more helpful than idiotic optimism. Likely all of what I've said will brand me a racist, which is why we will never have a real conversation on race in this country, nobody wants to face the harsh realities...

 

It couldn't have anything to do with the fact that parents have to work two or three jobs just to keep a roof over their heads and are never home when the kids are awake, could it?

 

That might have something to do with the utter disregard for the value of education we have seen in that community...

 

If you can't afford kids and don't have the time or resources to properly raise them then don't have kids......don't you think that's a better idea than teenagers having kids who grow into teenage feral animals thrust on the rest of society

Couple of years ago, a lot of the people working two jobs were doing a lot better on one job than they are now.

Fix the economy so that the parents have more time for their kids and some of the problem goes away.

I would not make any judgements after watching one video. Maybe he had it coming. Maybe the guy is into drugs and owes some money. Maybe they let him off easy for something with only a beating.
