The jury found her not guilty for a reason. Why would they find her not guilty if she was actually guilty?

If they really wanted to convict her, they would have gathered the evidence needed to put her away. As it was, they had nothing in the way of evidence at all.

 

I hate to have to point this out,but that is what's called being NAIVE.
Like why would someone hold-up a convenient store.?
Why would a Politician Lie.?
Why would a Defense Lawyer purposedly lie. ? { O.J. Case }.
Why are there dirty cops.
Dirty Politicians. ?
Bad Mothers { take drugs while pregnant or have many boyfriends }
Why did the O.J. Jury deliberate 4 hours on a 9 month trial
and then set free.?
How is a Jury Pool picked ?{ Voir Dire }.
Why would a Defense Lawyer defend a person obviously guilty.
Somewhere in yer life you will have to make hard { as opposed to easy }
decisions as to the Why's in life.
For one ... Life is Not Easy.

Mak, if your child is missing, you can't breathe. A normal mother would be out walking the streets with a torch or afraid to leave the phone in case any news came through. I don't know the facts of that case, but if she was out drinking 4 days after her child went missing...

Dude, if murder of a child isn't a deal breaker, you might want to re-examine your standards.

I really hope you never have to go through the experience of being the victim of a crime where the offender is let off on legal technicalities. While it would certainly change your perspective, it would be a horrible way to have to learn that lesson.

 

The jury in the OJ case also found him 'not guilty' and they had found Ron Goldman's BLOOD in OJ's bronco as an example of an incompetent prosecution! Just b/c 12 people says 'not guilty' does not mean the defendant is innocent of the crime and OJ Simpson certainly proved that!

Can you answer these logical questions?

Mak, if your 2 yr old disappeared and you had no idea where she was, wouldn't you be scared out of your mind? Would you call the cops to find her? Or would you decide to do your own 'investigating'?

4 nights after your child disappeared and you had no idea whether she was dead or alive - would you go out dancing? If you did, how could you put yourself in the right frame of mind to even WANT to go out dancing when you didn't know where your child was?

A month after she disappeared and your mother called the authorities about the child gone b/c you wouldn't and you were totally innocent of her disappearance, would you lie to the cops altho you wanted your child back? Would you continue to lie to the cops for months on end while they were trying to find your child? Would you make up a lie about having 'Zanny, the Nanny'?

Do you believe innocent people would lie to the cops, particularly about something as important as your missing child? If so, why?

I'll tell ya - when I saw the pix of CA out niteclubbing, yukking it up w/friends and having her pix taken cuddling up to guys & gals only 4 days after Caylee disappeared .... as a mother myself, I knew then she had done something to make her daughter disappear and the reason why is b/c NO mother on this planet who loves her child could go out dancing only 4 nites after she disappeared - not knowing where she was, not knowing whether she was dead or alive. That mother who wanted her child back, safe & sound COULD NOT DO THAT! NEVER!

Absolutely! I wouldn't be able to breathe, eat, sleep ... I wouldn't want to go to sleep b/c I would have to wake up and face the gadawful nitemare of my child gone all over again.......

A parent wouldn't be able to function, let alone go out DANCING.....

 

There are evil people in the world , why pass on them as sexuial partners if not for political reasons .

 

But we know she puts out.

 

She acted strange, we can all agree on that. But the way someone behaves is NOT a reason to assume they are guilty. People do all kinds of things when someone dies - some people will burst out laughing. Its not because they think the death is funny, its just their way of coping.

We can't assume that Casey is guilty when she may have had a rather odd way of dealing with her grief. Who knows? Maybe we will never know...

 

You are not thinking rationally.Casey Anthony was not by any stretch
guilty of merely " acting strange ".She was guilty of serial LYING.
Virtually every aspect of her in interrogations proved she was literally
making up story after story after story.From her outright Lying about
where she was was at certain times to Working { she DIDN'T have a Job }
to sending the Police on one wild goose chase after another.
There was NO Nanny.There was a terrible smell in the trunk of the
car she used.Forensics proved it was the smell of rotting human flesh.
Forensics proved other things as well.The jury had one stupid idea
imprinted on their fascile brain.That being there has to be Proof Beyond a
Reasonable Doubt.There is no doubt in the minds of almost everyone who
payed attention that Casey Anthony LIED throughout the Case { from the
times she was arrested until the Just verdict }.But obvioulsy Lying was
Unimportant to the Jury.This is Very Troubling in this Video {YouTube}
generation.Back in the day of Perry Mason,a case was built around
who lied and who was telling the truth.Obviously that standard means
nothing,any longer.
As long as a Woman can appear sweet-looking and has a Defense Lawyer
ot team willing to carry their water { Lies } as if unimportant,the Jury
process in this Country will be hugely flawed.
The Scales of Justice can be manipulated.It should take far more than
" If the Glove doesn't fit,Then acquit ". BTW O.J. took medication for
arthritis.The day he was to try on those leather gloves he was asked to
put on a pair of surgical gloves as well.O.J. went off his arthritis meds
for a couple days prior to trying those gloves on.
The biggest and most compelling reason in what should be a Human
beings mind,is the sad fact Casey Anthiny acted w/o any remorse or
seeming concern when she originally swore up,down and sideway that
Casey was Missing.There shouldn't be a single rational caring mother
on the planet who whouldn't question the attitude and reaction of
Casey Anthony when she insisted Casey was missing,yet acted
INDIFFERENT throughout the entire time Casey was supposedly
Lost/Missing.

casey had alot of financial problems that pushes many people over the edge, she also liked to party like a rock star there was speculation that she couldn't afford to hire a baby sitter so she gave her kid xanax and that is why her kid called her xanny the nanny or something to that effect

whatever the reason its time to move on she made a mistake her baby died at least give her a second chance its not like she did it purposely or acted irresponsibily to somebody elses child it was her own child and its her business maybe now she will get money from her new fame and take care of her next kid better imo

If a person is innocent, why would they LIE to the cops, which went on for MONTHS on end?! Can you answer that?

If Caylee had drowned like she claimed during the trial, why didn't she call 911 like normal, loving parents do? Why would a mother stuff her dead child after drowning in a bag and throw her in the woods? There's hundreds of questions about CA's behavior that she willr never answer and be truthful about - we all know that......

But that's ok, Mak.... you had sided w/a 44 yr old pervert named Roman Polanski who plied a 14 yr old girl w/alcohol & drugs, then raped and sodomized her, then fled the country after he admitted his guilt - so your posts about CA 'might be innocent' isn't surprising at all.......

Oh so that's it.Poor Casey was having financial problems,even though she
had FREE room & board back at her parents and just by accident,kinda
mistakenly duct-taped the Tot's Mouth shut and put into a couple
garbage bags and tossed off a side road so that the Garbage bags couldn't
be seen.Nothing purposefull,like I said,just kinda haphazardly by
accident.As if maybe just a practical joke,practice run.
