    Except that states can't run a deficit for long, and that means things get bad fast. We saw that during the recession of the 70s. Education went downhill, public safety went downhill, roads turned to crap, shall I keep going?

    That pattern repeated after the 2008 crash too. I know, I had a front row seat.

    It is already happening again, and will accelerate this coming spring, regardless of who is President, as long as the GOP blocks any aid.

    You WILL see police, firefighters, and especially teachers being laid off.

    Of course, Trump pathetically politicized it.

    Every single one of the 50 states has this problem. So do counties and municipal governments and every school system in the nation.

    When tax revenue craters, so do budgets.

    "Managing the virus" is a form of sophistry, and illusion meant to fool the credulous.

    Managing the virus is like managing the weather and mother nature. Man has no such power, although in this case it was man who engineered and spread the virus.

    I’ll talk. Actually Republican action was taken because the left was attempting to use the CDC to undermine the constitution. The Dickey amendment was to stop politicization of the CDC.

    It seems you aren’t against politicization of bureaucracy as long as it’s your side doing it. I don’t care about parties, only freedom.

    You claimed this was the first instance. It is not.

    What does all that have to do with the WHO and CHINER withholding the crucial information that in December the virus was shown to be Human to Human transmitting and not from BATS :shock::roll:

    Like we clearly see, people hate Trump so bad they simply ignore the chain of events THAT ultimately caused the world to become infected at a much quicker and earlier date then the "We hate Trump" propagandist need to feed their bas with.. Its strange the rest of the world has a far dimmer view of CHINER and their handling of the outbreak then our XI loyalist in this country!
