Your claims are insulting. War isn't the opposite to civilization. Nobody has any problem of speaking of aztec civilizations, while they sacrificed hundred of thousands of people for their gods, nobody has any problem of speaking of chinese civilization, which is great, even if there war caused millions of death in their own country. It's not the same, but it's not opposite. I'm complaining about the fact that law doesn't affray anybody anymore because shops are plundered in a public way. Public order is the base of any great civilization, and it imply to punish every criminal in a severe way. When people act as they acts now, there is no respect for laws. It started with the revolution, and was accelerated with modern arts and must have ended after WW2.

It's a lot of things, it's what became european art and culture who make me thing we're fully decadent. It's not the theft of some luggage, it's the fact they don't fear the law. Strict laws is the base of every great nation, just look at Taiwan, South Korea or Singapor who are three countries who managed to become extremly developped. Their secret ? Very strict laws. The situation is much worse than some years on terrorism, insecurity and a basis : property. Great countries have often clean streets. You just have to look to european art between 1880 and 1970 to see that it doesn't evolved, it collapsed.
