I’m happy to answer your absurd question, there should be no ‘legal age’ one has to be to engage in intercourse as individuals should have complete body autonomy as long as both parties can legally make informed consent and there is no coercion. If neither party can consent (ie both under age) then only coercion rules should apply. Romeo and Juliet laws are also necessary within a small age range ~2-3 years to not entrap kids.

Thast's correct, it is still treating them differently to heterosexual customers, but it has nothing to do with them being homosexual. These laws don't say that nobody can be refused service that another person has been given. If they did, I would admit that the bakers clearly broke the law and should suffer the consequences.
