Every source I am reading says a dog attack require successive bites. (That means plural. Plural means more than one.).

That makes sense because I’ve never heard of putting down a dog for single isolated bites. My sister’s puppy is 16 months and he still does isolated biting every once in a while.

The error in your reasoning is that you assume the number of vets per person is constant between urban and rural areas. I imagine rural areas have more vets per person, particularly considering their services are in higher demand in rural areas.

So you acknowledge there is more demand for vets in rural areas (on a per capita basis) yet you find it inconceivable that the number of vets per capita in a rural area is higher to meet that demand.

Just because vets are in higher demand in rural areas doesn’t mean they are scarce. That only happens if the supply doesn’t meet the demand. The fact that there is more demand for vets in rural areas (again, on a per capita basis) suggests there is also more supply to meet that need.

You’re just going in circles at this point. I’ve already explained that she has no empathy and is basically evil. I’ve also explained that more demand doesn’t mean scarcity.

I don't think it's a shame at all. If she isn't smart enough to know it was a bad idea to write about killing a dog, then she certainly doesn't need to be the VP.
