I already addressed this a few days ago. Any virus is significant. However, the libs, and those with TDS are running around acting like the end of the world is coming because of C-19. When you have greater chance of catching the flu and dying from that.

Now, do you understand why I said this: "10 deaths here were from one nursing home. There are 15,000 nursing homes in this country. Math." ?

 

Two things, A) correlation does not equal causation and B) that is also called the slippery slope fallacy. 1) Just because you get sick in a nursing home doesn't mean you're going to die, 2) just because there were 10 deaths in 1 home doesn't mean that all 15,000 home are going to get hit. It isn't math its critical thinking.

Trump told the country that he wants to leave infected Americans on a cruise ship because it keeps the numbers low.

 

If anybody saw what was happening in China in December or even early January, and then they still went ahead and confined themselves inside a cruise ship anywhere on earth, they were nuts or had fecalemia that broke through the blood-brain barrier.

People don't need governments to tell them what to do, just eyes open.

 

All viruses are significant, but ones that kill a significant percentage of those infected, is easily spread person to person, lasts for several days on open surfaces, and has no current antibodies, no vaccine, and no antiviral to slow down is very significant but is not terrifying on own.

The fact that it is all happening while a *******n ****ing moron goes from saying the virus is stopped in the morning to saying he wants to keep Americans on a cruise ship because he "likes the way the numbers are now" is the ****ing terrifying part.

 

And Trump is correct. Leave them aboard there the virus to run its course with the weak to die and the strong to live, don't bring them ashore to put more risk on everybody else and further burden an overwhelmed health care system.

Don't wait to see if it spreads across borders or how virulent or how weak it might be. Clamp down your country's borders and suspend all international flights and close ports to passenger traffic immediately. Don't permit merchant seamen to disembark from their ships. Then if it proves to be nothing the restrictions can be lifted later.

 

This thing broke out in China, December (?) last year. Tell me...was it not mid Winter then in China? Can't be right.
