You suggested the number of infected have been dwindling.

If by not testing for it, the numbers of infected are dwindling, then yes, you are correct. If by reporting people die from organ failure or septic shock, then yes, the number of deaths from the virus are dwindling as well.

How's that attempt?

 

No, I said the number of people I've heard of having the "flu" or flu like symptoms was dwindling. And to your surprise I'm sure, none of them have died.

 

He did so by lying, contradicting his health experts, revealing an alarming amount of stupidity, and using the word hoax.

Hoax was saying Trump wasn't on top of this and the hyperbole in the media with worst case scenarios presented as inevitable. Trump was right to be the calming voice.

Good news guys...

First person to die of the virus in Spain died on Feb 13th but it was written off as pneumonia.

Also a guy died in Seattle in February but it was found out he had the virus after testing.

And ^that^ is how the death count and the "infected" numbers continue to stay steady.

Blame it on something else.

People were laughing two weeks ago when I said this would cause the market to tank once it hit the US. Those people probably arent laughing now, though, huh?

Mark my words, everyone will get this, and when everyone gets sick, you'll understand how fragile our supply chain really is.

I'm not saying this is the end of the world, but I am absolutely saying you should be prepared in the event that you need to be confined to your home for two to three weeks.

I'm well aware of our fragile supply chain and always am prepared for a couple months of it breaking down. Really don't think this flu like virus will cause that though.

There is even some discussion of a genetic 'weakness' (to this particular virus) in certain ethnicities. IE, North East Asians.

 

Yes, that's the error. All international travel should have been halted in the first week, and all schools closed down world wide.

I dont like to be reliant on others for my well being. Not everyone feels that way though but what can ya do?

Like I said, two weeks ago when I said the market was going to take a hit, everyone told me I was fear mongering.
