Being innocent until proven guilty, you got the right idea there. Whether what evidence is presented is a different matter.

And lest we forget, it is up to the jury to decide his fate, not mine nor yours.

His chief says he was trained about the dangers, and calls it a murder. I'm not interested in your conspiracy theory of shifting blame.

None of them say it was an drugs overdose. Both say it's murder by Chauvin. Stick to facts.

They both say the major factor is Chauvin killing him. His chief says it too. It's you who is doing the blame shifting on the victim.

A system that refuses to apply facts but sticks to your kinds of fiction simply causes such a response. Very humane to go for a revolution to get a system based on facts and science,... and cast away racism and fictional grounds.

    Except that Floyd wasn't murdered.

Ah sure... they called it a homicide, but that would not be a murder
You calling it was an overdose.... not based on a thing.

So what. It has nothing to do with what the coroners determined.

Sounds like the only good thing he ever did was die. His future victims will never know how thankful they are.

It's an unfounded opinion. So I am dismissing it.

And where is the conclusion? From left to right...
The OD claim is not true, and it's a homicide / murder.

If you don’t know the difference between what charges are leveled no one can help you.
He was overdosing and we know that. We also know that Floyd, loser grande, pulled this exact same shtick in 2019. That’s just how that drain on society rolls.

    what fight? lol
Dude was handcuffed on his belly, faced down, with a knee in the neck blocking 1 of the 2 arteries going to his brain over 9 minutes... and so he died. The cop knew exactly what he was doing. He was trained about the dangers. He even knocked out people like this before. Hence his chief called it a murder.

No coroner agrees with your claim. Stick to facts from experts.

Floyd was perp walked from his car, up the sidewalk, through a stop light and put into the patrol car. He was an escapee so the cops took proper action. And his autopsy shows he was loaded on drugs.

Floyd knew better than to escape the patrol car.

The coroner did find he was heavily dosed with drugs.

As I can clearly see, none of us here belong on the Jury. Minds are made up he is guilty. And apparently it was Floyd who was innocent. But Floyd was never innocent.

Lets all have a look at that autopsy again. I do not recall the authority calling it a homicide.

I believe you mean the family autopsy.

Is that all you can say about that so called "overdosing"?
The cop is dirty. He committed fraud on a large scale. He got reprimanded on a case where somebody died. His chief called what he did a murder. He was a lousy security officer, and his boss accused him of racist behavior. And he has no authority to go just kill somebody because of previous convictions.

put up 4 sources saying I am right. You put up 1 autopsy report with no conclusion.

Lets have a look at my sources again, since your source doesn't conclude a thing.

Nope. Again, you nor myself belong on the Jury.

We have made up our minds despite lacking evidence.
