I sourced my evidence proving that I am right and the cop killed him.
You failed to provide a source saying it was an overdosis.

Nowhere does it say overdosis in your link. My sources debunk your opinion.

Incision and subcutaneous dissection of posterior and lateral neck, shoulders, back, flanks, and buttocks negative for occult trauma IV. Viral testing (Minnesota Department of Health, postmortem nasal swab collected 5/26/2020): positive for 2019-nCoV RNA by PCR (see ‘Comments,’ below) V. Hemoglobin S quantitation (postmortem femoral blood, HHC Laboratory): 38% (see ‘Comments,’ below) VI. Toxicology (see attached report for full details; testing performed on antemortem blood specimens collected 5/25/20 at 9:00 p.m. at HHC and on postmortem urine) A. You are hinging your claims on the term overdose.

The autopsy report gives actual numbers. I posted them for you to study earlier.

Here the report is again. Again you nor myself belong on the jury. And you know you don't.

I never wrote a thing calling it an overdose. I do not know the fatal level of the drugs found in his system is why.

What overdose? You must be quoting others.

1 of 3 things will happen.

1: He'll be convicted and sentenced to life in prison. (what leftists are hoping for)
2: He'll be convicted and get a slap on the wrist. Riots will be committed.
3: He'll be acquitted. Riots will be committed.

It won't matter what the facts are to anyone. 10 years from now some people will still claim that he's a murderer and others will claim he's not (regardless of the outcome of the trial).

From what I have read, I predict that the prosecution will call expert witnesses to assert that Floyd died as a direct result of Chauvin’s knee on his neck for 9 minutes which restricted blood flow to his brain. The defense will no doubt call witnesses who will testify that Floyd died of a drug overdose. It will depend on which theory the jury decides has more credibility. Then it will come down to malicious intent. Both sides will argue on that issue. I predict it will end with Chauvin being convicted of a lesser that 2nd degree murder and getting sentenced to between 6-10 years.

I sourced he did not die from it. I sourced 2 that 2 corners ruled it something else with multiple sources.
    So.... stick to them facts.

You do not pay attention at all.

You keep yapping about overdose. I did not bring that up.

That is not in the Autopsy report.

I do not know if he had any drug overdose or not.

    Chauvin I believe is innocent.

The video tape doesn’t look good for Chauvin. Several eye witnesses will testify that Chauvin pinned Floyd down by the neck between his knee and hard pavement for 9 minutes after he was already handcuffed and saying he couldn’t breathe. I want to see Chauvin explain that to the jury. At any rate, it should be interesting. At this point, I do not know enough about exactly what happened to say if he is guilty or innocent

The Autopsy report makes it clear Floyd had no external life threatening injuries.
I know the media blasted this out of all reasonable proportions but we must keep a level head on this and not take the word of reporters.

Repeat... the Autopsy report does not show Floyd was killed at all.

Chauvin more than likely will not testify.

I caution posters not to presume guilt.

    Again....
That's your opinion. Nobody cares about that.
The coroners disagree with you, and call it a homicide.
The guys own boss disagrees and calls it a murder.
And you are all to happy to ignore these facts.

You jumped into a discussion where it was said this was the case, and you are taking that side.

Having to put one's knee on one's throat until death. What would call that?

Then you need to reread. Only the one hired by his terrible family is the one denying the amount of fatal drugs in his system.
