    Hello,
I had not enough time to read the whole 73 page thread, maybe somebody else answered this.
Let's answer as a Muslim, and probably an extremist Muslim in your terminology.

NO, anybody simply insults Prophets shouldn't be killed in Islamic Shariah, but who Insists on insulting prophet becomes Enemy and the path of the enemy is clear.

Islam offers peace to all people and want them to allow Muslims to have freedom of expressions. The first leader of Shia after prophet Mohammad (pbuh) says : Respect all people, Because they are not more than two groups: Either your brother in the religion Or your like in humanity.

So why anybody should insult the prophets? It's clear that preventing people from spreading hate and insult is more simple that preventing people to tolerate insults.

BTW what you see in our currently is that the Muslim people for many centuries are under attack of westerners ... Today our countries are occupied by westerners and they directly kill people or cause murders for proceeding their roads and maps.

    Regards

It looks like more Yes, then NO to me. anyway we need a couple examples:
To kill or let him go

    2) Lars Vilks

It seems your modern culture respects and normalizes insulting other people and their belief, under the umbrella of "Freedom of speech... expression or so on".

Freedom should not be equal to hate speech or insult.

I referred to difference between a <simple insult> and a <propaganda like insult> that tries to spread hate against Islam. Clearly this second move, means hostility and hatred and, what should be prevented is this hostility... what automatically prevents what you worry about. That is simpler. Just don't insult and spread respect instead of it ... it's a human pleasure.
