“We the people” — it’s the first words in the document your side praises.

People typically want their voices heard and when they are in the majority on a position, especially a vast majority, and are completely ignored — you can expect them to “whine” at minimum.

Hell, your side is the minority and is defrauding the system and we are still met by complaining and whining that y’all are “under attack” as you attack the rights and freedoms of everyone around you.

I guess people with your narrative is why the United States has gone from being ranked one of the best democracies in the world to now being list as a flawed democracy. And you are fine with it as long as you “win”, even if it destroys the nation.

In the last 30 years, how many Republican presidents have been initially elected by the will of the people?

How many of the current SCOTUS members were nominated by a Republican president where the majority voted against them?

What do you mean by a "majority" in these cases? Literal definition.

As for the general idea of being elected by the "will of the people", I'm not surprised given that the so called "main stream media" has been ceaselessly shilling for the Democrats for the last FIFTY YEARS.

While you are pondering on — but not answering — the previous questions I asked, here is a new one. What is the largest news media company in the United States by viewer count?

    Fox.

    But

    1) Fox does not support Republicans as nearly as the rest of the media shamelessly shills for the Democrats.

    2) Fox is not a majority of the mainstream media.

    3) When I asked for the definition of "majority" I meant to convey that if you presume that a "majority" means more than 50% of voters then that hasn't been that much of an accomplishment for either side since 1988.

Fox literally has a main host that openly campaigned with trump. It insults both our intelligence to say that Fox does not support Republicans more than CNN or MSNBC does Democrats.

I mean the majority of the voters — the greater amount.

“In the last 30 years, how many Republican presidents have been initially elected by the will of the people?

How many of the current SCOTUS members were nominated by a Republican president where the greater number of voters voted against them?”

I'll answer this. Three IIRC but I want you to now answer a question:

    1) Where in the U.S. Constitution does it say anything about the Supreme Court reflecting the popular will of the people?

The correct answer is once. And that was immediately after 9/11 — had that tragic event not happened it would be zero.

It doesn’t of course, but this is supposed to be a process and that process has been manipulated to allow the party that does not represent the people to exert their control over the nation.

If the situation was reversed would you be arguing this is a good system working as intended? If your candidate could receive million more votes only to be told no — if democrats refused to allow a president to even put forth a nomination so they could stack the court later?
