That is the characteristic of a very intelligent man.. do you REALLY think Trump is the man making legal moves... he pays the lawyers and they tell him the best legal avenues to take... That's why ""7 years Democrats haven't landed a single criminal indictment against him?"" If you can't see that fact then I don't know what you are looking for..

No lawyer on the planet can stop you from being indicted.
Defense lawyers are not involved in the grand jury hearing or indictment process.

Nope, I didn't say that at all and neither did Gen Milley of Steven Miller.

    Draw me another conclusion.
Did trump ask for more troops for the Capitol?
Why would he do that? Explain in detail.

No lawyer can stop a president from being impeached or stop any civilian from getting indicted.

I guess you don't know that a special prosecutor is hired to investigate and make criminal recommendation to the AG, which turns that information over to the committee, who impeaches based on crimes.
Just like they did with Bill Clinton with 3 felony charges.
You don't have to indict to charge for impeachment. How are you going to get a conviction if you have no criminal charge to charge him with.

The one you were referring to in the Rolling Stone magazine article making the claims

No, You said the anonymous person in the article didn't make himself known because Trump would sue him for making a claim against him and I got you up to speed that this isn't the case or he would be suing everyone in the House.

Its not my claim. Gen Milley and Steven Miller have already testified that Trump asked for NG troops to be at the capital.
I guess that shoots down the whole Trump planning to take over the capital then the United States.

Trump was impeached twice and had to pay millions to students from his old University and was forced to
shut down his own charity. Trump cheated on his wives with porn stars and gold diggers.

Both these guys are low-life dicks. Why anyone would vote for a Clinton or a Trump is beyond me.

Then Trump knowingly directed a march of potentially disruptive people to what HE felt was an under protected Capitol Building. End of story.

So Trump is a very intelligent man because he hires people to do what he isn't smart enough to do? Why didn't I ever think of doing that? Is this the twilight zone?

I would've thought that a very intelligent man couldn't bankrupt 6 businesses after blowing $400 million he inherited from his dad. Yet, Trump did.

I should mention though, Trump's lawyers didn't always come through. Trump did have to pay $2 million in fines for charity fraud, and a $25 million settlement over Trump University (an oxymoron, by the way), not to mention 175 other court settlements and almost 40 court cases lost. Lucky for him though, his legal "fixers" got him off the hook most of the time.

With that said, what I find more disturbing than Trump's sociopathic character is the adoration his followers have for sociopaths. They literally worship con men. And the more megalomaniacal & delusional they are, the more they are loved. This really IS the twilight zone!

Trump's first mistake was he had politicians telling him what to do.. what made Trump a great president was he was not a dirty corrupt politician... He promised to drain the swamp, when those very politicians who were advising him "WERE THE SWAMP". Trump would have fired the whole bunch if he was in a business setting..

When you have president Obama, Biden, Hillary, and the whole intelligence community in a treasonous attempt to overthrow a private citizen and then a duly elected president in an attempted coup, that continues to this day... then Trump was harassed from day one.. think of all the great things he could have done for America if he did not have the dog and pony show going on around him..

When did I ever say that?
    (1) Oh boy! Really!? Steven Miller is a radical white supremacist and as crazy as they come. Who would believe anything HE says?!

    * 'Hatemonger' Paints Trump Advisor Stephen Miller As A 'Case Study In Radicalization'
    [LINK]
Miller has been seen as a link between the white nationalist agenda and the Trump White House. Journalist Jean Guerrero traces the origins of Miller's anti-immigrant policies in a new book.

    * Stephen Miller is a fraud who should just go away already [LINK]
On “Fox & Friends,” Trump’s top immigration adviser said this:
We have more than enough time to right the wrong of this fraudulent election result and certify Donald Trump as the winner of the election. As we speak, today, an alternate slate of electors in the contested states is going to vote, and we’re going to send those results up to Congress. This will ensure that all of our legal remedies remain open. That means that if we win these cases in the courts, that we can direct that the alternate slate of electors be certified. The state legislatures in Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania can do the same. And likewise Congress has the opportunity as well to do the right thing.

    * How Stephen Miller Manipulates Donald Trump to Further His Immigration Obsession [LINK]
Donald Trump’s senior adviser has been the true driving force behind this Administration’s racist agenda. How far will he go?

    * Leaked Emails Fuel Calls For Stephen Miller To Leave White House [LINK]
"I fear that the line of what is normal is moving," said Vanita Gupta, the head of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights in Washington. The group sent a letter last week signed by 50 civil rights organizations, calling on the White House to fire Miller. "I don't think that there's any way to look at those emails and to look at his own track record and not be profoundly disturbed about what we are allowing at the highest level of government today," Gutpa said.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    (2) Trump did NOT have 10,000 troops ready to deploy on Jan. 6, his defense secretary says [LINK]
Christopher Miller, who served as acting Defense Secretary on Jan. 6, 2021, told the House committee investigating the attack on the Capitol that former President Donald Trump never gave an order to have 10,000 National Guard troops ready that day.

"Not from my perspective, I was never given any direction or order or knew of any plans of that nature," Miller said in the recorded deposition that the committee tweeted Tuesday.

Rep. Liz Cheney, committee vice chair, said in the recording that former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows said in February 2021 that 10,000 National Guard troops were told to be "on the ready" by Miller. Other Trump officials have repeated this claim since then.

Miller conceded, "a nonmilitary person probably could have some sort of weird interpretation, but no, the answer to your question is no," when asked if there were 10,000 troops at the ready.

Hillary Hopes You've Forgotten - Have You? (rense.com)

    Hillary Hopes You've
    Forgotten - Have You?

    From Diane Rigali
    2-6-8

Hillary Clinton has been telling America that she is the most qualified candidate for president based on her "record," which she says includes her eight years in the White House as First Lady - or "co-president" - and her seven years in the Senate. Here is a reminder of what that record includes:

HILLARY, As First Lady, assumed authority over Health Care Reform, a process that cost the taxpayers over $13 million. She told both Bill Bradley and Pat Moynahan, key votes were needed to pass her legislation, that she would "demonize "anyone who opposed it. But it was opposed; she couldn't even get it to a vote in a Congress controlled by her own party. (And in the next election, her party lost control of both the House and Senate.)

HILLARY assumed authority over selecting a female Attorney General. Her first two recommendations (Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood) were forced to withdraw their names from consideration, and then she chose Janet Reno. Janet Reno has since been described by Bill himself as "my worst mistake."

HILLARY recommended Lani Guanier for head of the Civil Rights Commission. When Guanier's radical views became known, her name had to be withdrawn.

HILLARY recommended her former law partners, Web Hubbell, Vince Foster, and William Kennedy for positions in the Justice Department, White House staff, and the Treasury, respectively. Hubbell was later imprisoned, Foster committed suicide, and Kennedy was forced to resign.

HILLARY also recommended a close friend of the Clintons, Craig Livingstone, for the position of director of White House security. When Livingstone was investigated for the improper access of up to 900 FBI files of Clinton enemies (Filegate) and the widespread use of drugs by White House staff, both Hillary and her husband denied knowing him. (FBI agent Dennis Sculimbrene confirmed in a Senate Judiciary Committee in 1996 both the drug use and Hillary's involvement in hiring Livingstone. After that, the FBI closed its White House Liaison Office, after serving seven presidents for over thirty years.)

HILLARY, in order to open "slots" in the White House for her friends the Harry Thomasons (to whom millions of dollars in travel contracts could be awarded), had the entire staff of the White House Travel Office fired. They were reported to the FBI for "gross mismanagement" and their reputations ruined. After a thirty-month investigation, only one, Billy Dale, was charged with a crime - mixing personal money with White House funds when he cashed checks. The jury acquitted him in less than two hours.

HILLARY also assumed the duty of directing the "bimbo eruption squad" and scandal defense:

...She urged her husband not to settle the Paula Jones lawsuit.

...She refused to release the Whitewater documents, which led to the appointment of Ken Starr as Special Prosecutor. After $80 million dollars of taxpayer money was spent, Starr's investigation led to Monica Lewinsky, which led to Bill lying about and later admitting his affairs.

...Then they had to settle with Paula Jones after all.

...And Bill lost his law license for lying to the grand jury.

...And Bill was impeached by the House.

...And Hillary almost got herself indicted for perjury and obstruction of justice (she avoided it mostly because she repeated, "I do not recall," "I have no recollection," and "I don't know" 56 times under oath).

HILLARY accepted the traditional First Lady's role of decorator of the White House at Christmas, but in a unique Hillary way. In 1994, for example, The First Lady's Tree in the Blue Room (the focal point each year) was Decorated with drug paraphernalia, sex toys, and pornographic ornaments, all personally approved by Hillary as the invited artists' depictions of the theme, "The Twelve Days of Christmas."

HILLARY wrote "It Takes a Village," demonstrating her socialist viewpoint.

HILLARY decided to seek election to the Senate in a state she had never lived in. Her husband pardoned FALN terrorists in order to get Latino support and the New Square Hassidim to get Jewish support. Hillary also had Bill pardon her brother's clients, for a small fee, to get financial support.

HILLARY then left the White House, but later had to return $200,000 in White House furniture, china, and artwork she had stolen.

HILLARY played the "woman card" in the campaign for the Senate, by portraying her opponent (Lazio) as a bully picking on her.

HILLARY'S husband further protected her by asking the National Archives to withhold from the public until 2012 many records of their time in the White House, including much of Hillary's correspondence and her calendars. (There are ongoing lawsuits to force the release of those records.)

HILLARY, as the junior Senator from New York, passed no major legislation. She has deferred to the senior Senator (Schumer) to tend to the needs of New Yorkers, even on the hot issue of medical problems of workers involved in the cleanup of Ground Zero after 9/11.

Quite a resume, isn't it? Sounds more like an organized crime family.

What? But I thought Trump was a very intelligent man who didn't need anyone telling him what to do.
He started out as a dirty corrupt businessman, and later became a dirty corrupt politician.
Is that why he flooded the swamp with more corporate big-wigs and high-sum campaign donors? Seems as though Trump knows exactly what it takes to be a politician because this is exactly what politicians do.
First, Trump was put into office because of the electoral college which essentially voted against the nation's popular choice. Trump's win was a true stolen election. (Note that I'm not endorsing Hillary. Just stating a fact.)

Second, Trump deserved to be impeached (and should've been swiftly removed). He's a low-life two-bit hustler mafia don tin-pot dictator with delusions of grandeur all rolled up in one. But that's just his character. His actions in office clearly reflected his character with his laundry list of violations of office & public trust.
Just think of all the great things America could've done if we never had corrupt leaders --- including Trump.

That means he knowingly lied to a bunch of people that he was informed were carrying weapons to what he felt was an under-protected Capitol building.

    That's pure evil.

I never said that they did. I was referring to civil lawsuits when I talked about lawyers.
There are no indictments with impeachment. Don't you recall the Mueller investigation and the DOJ's policy recommendation that a sitting president cannot be indicted? Do you also recall Mueller stating that he would charge the president with a crime if he were to leave office?
Re-read what I stated about the risks people take who reveal their private interactions with the president. Trump even stated that whistleblowers should be executed prior to the impeachment hearing --- hence the reason why Alexander Vindman remained anonymous until it was safe to reveal himself. That's how insane Trump is, and a clear mark of a dictator.

You previously stated: "if Trump is going to sue everyone who has made fake claims against him he would have lawsuits against most Democrats in the house so your weak excuse is laughable."

Why would "most Democrats" sue Trump in the first place? They're not insiders who Trump would confide with. I'm not talking about Democrats in office, but about the general population of people he screwed or hurt in one way or other. Besides, why would anyone who had a claim against Trump for something he did to them be "anonymous" in the first place?

But regarding the anonymous people referred to in Rolling Stone, these were not Democrats, but members of Trump's team. Such people Trump would deem "disloyal" and could indeed sue them for slander. Trump has no involvement with House Democrats anyway because he's no longer president.

Never claimed there was. You need to learn the difference between an indictment and criminal recommendations.

You can't remove a president through impeachment unless you find him guilty and get a conviction for high crimes and misdemeanors in the Senate. Where did you think those charges come from. Those aren't indictments. I don't care what Mueller said.
How do you think they charged Clinton with 3 felony crimes? Stop believing the BS and start using some common sense.
Charging a president through committee from criminal recommendations is not indicting a president.
If you don't know the difference you need to look it up. You got fooled by Muellers word twisting because he couldn't find a single crime to make a criminal recommendation to the AG. Mueller doesn't even indict or charge anyone. All his job is, is to find any criminal charges to make those recommendations to the AG.

Trump never said that and if your going to start with fake claims like Trump killing people you're going to have to prove it.
    Thats just a ridiculous claim

Well, if you re-read your two sentences you can figure it out. How did you get from Trump suing Democrats to most Democrats suing Trump?

    Hogwash.

    Yes, let's talk about them.

First General Miley, what would he say to the committee on January 6th? If you are thinking that he will acknowledge that President Trump ordered 10000 Troops, you would be mistaken here. He cannot do that until the President orders such a thing under 10 USC 12406. The committee has already heard from WH aides who were at the meeting testify that did not happen. So, the next question is, why repeat the same information? We can say the same with General Walker and General Piatt. What would they say that has not already been told, especially by Secretary of Defense Christopher C Miller, who already testified much of what we know that Trump didn't order any troops whatsoever? Wishing that they will blame Nancy Pelosi or the DC Mayor here? You have got to be kidding me Condor.

Then let's look at Police Chief Sund. What would he say? Would he just say that the offer was on the table but was rejected, or would he say that he requested additional national guard troops through the chain of command, aka DoD chief, then to the President, but no word or orders were given? You do realize the key to this is ordered, not offered. Apparently, people like you just do not understand the difference. Again, we already had testimony from witnesses at the infamous meeting in which Trump never offered nor ordered said troops. This would be a repeat of the information already presented.

Okay, what do you want with Mike Pence to testify about? That the duly Constitutional Process was disrupted by 1000 RW thugs? Or how about Trump telling him to not certify the election at all, which would have been illegal? Or the fact that the Secret Service persons escorted him to a secure room when the 1000 RW thugs were forcefully entering the capital? None of this is key testimony because we already have witnesses, about a half dozen or so, that have already testified to this. And the Committee has the phone calls and text messages of Trump staff members messaging Pence this sort of action and "doing the right thing here." None of this is going to help you Condor

The Committee has already gotten the deleted text messages. Now the committee staff will do it due diligence and investigate, interview, and analyze the evidence. The committee did say that in September, there may be more witnesses called because of this, so I would put this one as "later." Remember, the committee is not done yet, just taking a break, per their statement.

11 state electors are being investigated by the State of Georgia, not by the committee. The committee has requested phone and other records in which Trump tried to sway Georgia to find "10000" more votes or so. This really has nothing to do with what happened in January 6th. I think whatever evidence they have is merely background evidence to prove intent here.

Stephen Miller has already testified before the committee. He testified 8 hours in which sometimes he was uncooperative and sometimes he was. He even did evoke the 5th privilege.

In conclusion, you are throwing names out there in the pixie dust wishful thinking that it will go your way. It won't. Or you want them to testify so that people like Hannity, Tucker, and others will say that "they are lying." Is that it condor? Surely, you are not playing checkers very well here and you really don't give a damn what the people you listed say. You just care that they can testify so that you can make more false allegations on Fox and other conservative media sites to justify that the January 6th committee

My inconvenient truths are based on what has already been testified in the Committee, under oath. Do you want to do the same with me Condor?

If you really didn't care, why defend him Condor? That is what you are really doing, among other things.

[/QUOTE]And yet another fake claim. I did my research and I found who the committee called and refused to call as witnesses.
Did you see any link I posted about any media making those claims? NOPE
Another dishonest BS claim by you.[/QUOTE]
You have not done any adequate research. The only thing you are doing is regurgitating from conservative social media sites and programs like Hanity. Other than that, your cranium is simply an echo chamber with no stuff in there of substance. the synapsis are functions at one spark every 365 days.

Really, shall we talk about Stephen Miller again. Here is what you claimed, under oath by the way, "Steven Miller was called for a private a deposition
isn't a key witness" Considering I proved that Miller testified to the committee does not constitute what a private deposition is, you have just been caught in a lie and there 18 USC 1001. Congrats.

Well, now you are off into left field here, pun intended.

For starters, "Schiff lying" is coming from Hannity and Tucker, among others in the social media coverage. If you read the Miller Report, which I doubt you have, you would know that some claims were verified and some were not. As in previous threads, the Miller Report did not exonerate Trump, Mueller's words in testimony, and in the report. The report goes into great detail that yes, there were Russian agents attempting to infiltrate the Trump Campaign, especially after he was elected. What was not verified was whether Trump knew those people were Russian agents or if Trump was contemplating getting Russia involved to do his dirty work. But that was unresolved in the report because Mueller never interrogated Trump or his campaign staff at that time of what they knew and when.

Second, an impeachment hearing did have a house vote, or in fact three house votes. Eventually, the house voted to impeach Trump and send the articles of impeachment to the senate. In the Senate, they did not vote to remove him from office. That is what impeachment is, removal from office. It is not a trial of facts or a trial of evidence or even a trial, it is a Constitutional process of removal and that is it.

Finally, McCarthy thinks he made the right choice, then he should not be complaining about the committee then, should he?

I don't need to twist any words, because that is what the numbers say. In this article, it shows that young people do not watch cable or traditional TV as much and one can get the news from a variety of sources online from YT to Social Media to online articles, to actually reading the testimony. Oh hell, I can go to several websites and get the highlights as well if I want to,. The problem is, your entire argument is based on what you have been told, nothing more, nothing less. And the thing is a lot of people are caring. That is why you see a plurality of the GOP wanting someone else but Trump. If you don't care whether Trump is indicted or not, this should please you. But alas, you are making another loose, incoherent effort to attempt to protect Trump.

Isn't this your post about the reasons Trump isn't indicted.
    Please

    Yeah. like you would know.
Stop slurping up all the leftist media BS.
If half of what you claim is true Trump would be charged and indicted.
Yet after 7 years you got nothing.
    Which means either
    1. Trump outsmarted every Democrat on the planet
    2. Democrats are just incredibly stupid.
    3. You have been blindly believing all this leftist media BS

How many times are you going to run up that idiotic Democrat hill every time they cry wolf just to get egg on your face again.
Its people like yourself who regurgitate all these fake media garbage claims that have made Trump the most exonerated citizen on the planet.

All he is doing is throwing as much dung on the wall to see what sticks. The only logical reason why he wants these people to testify, knowing full well that they won't even provide one shred of evidence in their conspiracy theories, is that they can then justify to themselves of that the "deep blue state" and everyone were against Trump from the very beginning. That or they really think beyond reality that they will come and save the day. Either way, the modern conservatives like Condor can even barely play a bad game of checkers.
