And what if it is marked declassified by mistake? That would have nothing to do with ignoring the law. That would be a mistake in labeling by someone.

As to "I don't know what I'm talking about", maybe someone needs to remind you that humans in this world make mistakes. So I certainly know what I am talking about there. And if that were to be the case with Clinton, and I am very confident it was, proves that what you are talking about has nothing to do with someone making a mistake.

Lol! And at the end of all that, Clinton is not a target of inquiry because she has been cleared with her private server. Meaning, there is no there there by the Washington Post. That article is nothing more than a treasure hunt of speculation masquerading as real journalism.

This is very interesting because state said that Hillary was allowed to delete her personal emails (whatever that means in this context) but now the FBI has recovered them. It sounds like state was willing to give Hillary a pass on the deleted materials and at least some people in the FBI are not.

FYI, the rules are classified emails need to be marked, period. Going by past incidents she should lose her clearance, that being said, I agree this is negligence on her part.

She needs to drop out of the nomination for Pres.

FYI, if electronic equipment was used for classified information, then the whole server must be destroyed when no longer in service, those are the rules.

Not hardly! I read through the entire article. Sorry, but there was no smoking gun. Just clever wording to create some imaginary scandal that never existed to begin with. Bottom line, the State Dept. cleared her of any wrong doing with her private server. We've already been through this before.

Folks on the Right have questions, suspicions, claims, accusations, and all other such nonsense. But in the real world, this has been nothing but another witch hunt. And that's all it's ever going to be.

Yes and she would be the one to mark them. I again was in photo recon in the marines. I knew what pics I took were classified and which were not.

Thats just not true. It was not illegal to have her email on her on server. And it also matters very much as to when the emails became "classified", as to the legality of those emails, and you would also have to be able to reconcile that against the dates the emails were deleted.

Look, what hillary did was incredibly STUPID, but not illegal. And the right seems to have a very short memory because when it was revealed that President Bush and his staff used private email accounts, which WAS illegal (thats not even up for debate), they said nothing. You would have a much stronger case against Hillary had you done something then.

Now we have taken to "well the emails were top secret" so this makes her a criminal. This is just another Benghazi hearing that will go nowhere.

No she would not be, there would be info security personnel assigned with the State Department to handle that.

Make sure you write a letter to the State Department informing them of the rules then.

Handling classified info most certainly in the DOD is well defined. The State Department already knows.

Then why didnt she use one ? She was in charge was she not? She is either dumb or incompetent or a liar take your choice

Any intelligence from a foreign government is born classified for example just like my pics of N Vietnamese troop and installations were

And so, she was cleared of any wrong doing. I suspect that whatever glitch may or may not have gone on, was purely human error, and not necessarily by her. Which brings us to the same conclusion that it was always going to be. This is a witch hunt where nothing was ever really there. But, we expect the Right will continue their idiot campaign to find some more dirt on her just like Benghazi. And nothing will ever become of it, because nothing is there.

I mean seriously, how stupid do you think people are? This woman has a daughter and a grand child. And she has some plot to undermine the U.S. government by creating inconsistencies with a few e-mails? Lol! Dude, get a life.

You are confusing me with the RW conspiracy nuts. I said she is negligent on allowing unmarked classified email to be distributed, it is quite another to say she did it on purpose. She is still responsible.

I took pics that were classified and ones that were not and could easily tell the difference is the point. The SOS should be at least as smart as me.

Lets hope she pays for it then
