My point once more is some emails like some pics i took are born classified. You should know if there is any doubt in your mind then you pass it on to an intelligence expert to make sure. Hillary like me generated many of her emails as i did my pics. If there is any classified material on there that was born that way she is in trouble

Republicans have been using private emails and private servers for many years FOR GOVERNMENT work.

Also the GWB administration used private email servers owned by the RNC to do Government work.

we search the gov email server for all emails sent to personal accounts, then we check all those emails on the gov server to see if any of the emails can be reclassified as classified.... then and only then go after the owner of the personal email address that received reclassified classified emails

you can search the gov emails servers for all emails sent to or cc'd to any personal accounts...... then you search the emails sent to personal accounts for re-classified classified status, if they meet that qualification, you go after the personal email account owner

the search is easy, just look for any email addresses that do not end in ".gov"

If she is using a private email address on a private server there is no way to know what was sent to who you can only see those she sent to the government server.

she was sent emails from .gov addresses, those emails are on .gov servers (were not just talking about Clinton, they have her emails, were talking about others doing the same)

so to catch others doing this, you search the .gov server for emaisl being sent from .gov addresses to non .gov addresses (don't need a warrant for that as the gov owns the servers and the data)

from that lists returned data, you search those emails for re-classified classified emails

once you find evidence of a crime for a particular personal email address, then you get a warrant and confiscate the personal email account

if this is a national security risk, we need to act asap and find all those risking national security
