Question, why do those that present these analytics only analyze white supremacism? Why can you not name a single POC that has done the same things that those people you mention have done? Do you believe that absolutely none have? Or do you believe that POC cannot be racist? Also why is it that hard numbers are never seen? Why is it always in percentages? If 100 racist people commit 100 mass shootings in 1 year, does that mean that racist mass shootings are actually a problem that requires things like in the OP in the grand scheme of things? Even if 99 of those racist people are just one color? Don't get me wrong or misunderstand me, I'm not saying its not a problem. But is it such a problem that it requires things like what is in the OP?

Also from other parts of the OP:

"White supremacy is an ideology, a pattern of values and beliefs that are ingrained in nearly every system and institution in the U.S." <--- that is simply false in today's society. There isn't a single law, except AA laws, that target any one race or gives advantages to any one race. Also in order for it to be true it would have to assume that every white person is racist. Which is false. Not even the majority of white people are racist.

Also: "The United States was established and rooted in extreme, extraordinary violence: murder, theft of land and resources, sexual assault and the systemic oppression of people of color, the indigenous, poor whites, immigrants etc." <--- Also false. In point of fact everything that happened to bring about the US had been done elsewhere. There was nothing "extraordinary" or "extreme" in any of it. It was all common of the era and past era's. It could be considered extreme by today's standards, but it was not extreme by that era's standards. Hell, even the Native Americans of the time were doing the same exact things that Europeans did. Ironically, since they added in the "poor whites" into that section it would not have been about white supremacism as much as it was about elitism.

hell, I had diversity training in boot camp back in 79 … had more classes at least one a year for the next six …

I also note that the “white supremacist” is just one of the 3 courses, and you only need to attend one that FEMA is requiring but please feel free to continue with the poor oppressed straight white male narrative …

When you had diversity training in boot camp, did it say the things shown in the OP? A simple yes or no will do.

no, they didn’t go into the history of the US … they just preached equality and not using terms like sp!cs, n!ggers, k!kes etc …

the blacks and Hispanics were called out as well on their language and attitudes …

a divided squadron cannot function without cohesion …

my first permanent party assignment was at Keesler in Biloxi … I know plenty about white supremacists … didn’t need the class …

And there is the difference. Compare your diversity training, to what is now being taught, see the difference? One is based on a color blind policy. The other is based on false history lessons and seeing skin color.

Which puts the lie to the slogan "diversity is our strength". Diversity will be are downfall.

so they have a training due between "complete one of three three-hour diversity training modules between Aug. 1 and Sept. 28"

so it's not even effecting anyone in Hawaii and not even due to watch the training video until the end of next month and was scheduled prior to the disaster in Maui even happened

that said, I agree, we need to stop hiring people to teach this stuff that seem to hate white people

It seems to me that they are condemning white supremacy. I don't take personal offense to that, because I do not consider myself to be a white supremacist

What a load of crap. I've been in those diversity training sessions, and though they were a complete and total waste of time and money, I never saw anything that severely and blatantly racist, and not by a short amount. Whoever said it is absolutely right, every single person involved in designing, approving, and giving these classes should be unceremoniously fired. There is no place for that in my government.

When I saw that you had posted I knew that we could count on you to make excuses for this.

Can you explain to those who might not already know what the acronym FEMA stands for?

With another possible hurricane arriving near here late Tuesday or Monday.... About once a week I still drive by the field out in the county where hundreds of brand new FEMA trailers are still sitting from the hurricane last September that devastated the county.

Brand new mobile homes sitting out in a field and left to rot while people say there is a housing crisis around us...

But FEMA should be more worried about racist crackers in high places than actually doing their job...

Because that's what a Federal emergency Management agency really needs to focus on....

I'm not a white supremacist either but I take a fence to the government propagating stupidity like this and not doing what the hell they're supposed to do and wasting our resources on it

Seriously, how many white supremacists are there in this country and how many government agencies, corporations and schools need to make us aware of an extremely small number of people?

How does that make it ok?

White only water fountains were the law too, but it wasn't ok.

If the Federal Government has this as its focus, then its lost the right to call itself a National Government. But it's not surprising, coming from the same administration that openly staffed senior offices, not with those capable of doing the job but those who fulfilled a picture quota.

I recognize and abide by the laws. I do not politically recognize this government. In the spirit of Thomas Paine, to criticize my government is the highest form of patriotism. It's also the greatest level of disgust I have for the current administration.

In 2024, we will have someone else, and by law we most definitely will have one by 2028.

    https://www.justice.gov/hatecrimes/hate-crime-statistics

Of the race related hate crimes, Blacks are overrepresented compared to their population percentage. (shocker)

    upload_2023-8-26_22-59-3.png

Does FEMA have a chapter of the growing hate crimes by black people? Or...do we just not wanna talk about that?

Whenever some dipshit wants to bring up "white supremacy" it's a really easy trip to the FBI crime stats to figure out what the reality is.

I would have thought that right wingers would be pleased that FEMA is spending less time training staff how to run those concentration camps they used to claim it was setting up.
